Alhamdulillah from all my guests, no one complains and satisfied during the stay in maxone, the room was clean and the service from the staff was very good and friendly. The location of the hotel is also in the middle of the city and the center of the crowd, so it is highly recommended for those who want to visit Palambing.

having a good time while stay at the zuri hotel palembang...... the hospitality and facilities was great and clean. while stay you can enjoyed the sky pool with palembang city view. all the staff already being vacinated so you dont have to be worry. the room was clean and get uv steril before the guest entering the room

frm 806 stayy with my family , that was amazing staycation in 101 palembang rajwali , the hotel is very clean and strategic. close to shopping centers like indomaret and also place by olehhh khasspalembang

This hotel is very good because of its location in the city center and flanked by 2 shopping centers. To the airport only 30 minutes, nice swimming pool.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights from online travel agent, and asked for honeymoon setup. Not just give me the setup I asked, they also upgrade my room to suite!! What a nice surprise. Thank you Sari (front desk staff) for the upgrade and very warm and friendly response to my request. The hotel location is in palembang city center, near hospital (Charitas & YK Madira) and relatively close to anywhere within palembang area. I chose this hotel because it's near my parents' house. The room is very spacious and clean, but I chose room without breakfast so I can't comment about their food. Overall I would recommed this place if you want to stay in Palembang city center.
