The hotel is clean, the staff are all friendly from the front office, receptionist, security, restaurant, room service, the hotel location is in the middle of the city close to everywhere, the food & beverages are many and delicious, the room prices are pocket friendly, and like other Santika chains, all the services are TOP

Pertama kali lihat saya di trip.com bahwa hotel Santika nya kamar mandi nya dapat yg bathub , langsung saya booking tetapi setelah dapat kamar nya tidak ada bathub hanya shower saja, apakah ini yg salah dr Santika nya atau trip.com nya, terlampir bukti nya tolong di perhatikan

The first time I saw on trip.com that the Santika hotel had a bathroom with a bathtub, I immediately booked it but when I got the room there was no bathtub only a shower, is this the fault of Santika or trip.com, attached is the proof Please note

I had the pleasure of staying at Santika Radial to celebrate my mother's birthday in June, and I must say that this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast. The breakfast spread impressed us with its extensive offerings of both traditional and western cuisine.  Our rooms were generously spacious, and the city views from our windows were absolutely stunning. A little tip for future guests: consider requesting a room on a higher floor to fully enjoy the best views the hotel has to offer.  I am truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. Santika Radial has left a lasting impression, and without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again on our future visits. Thank you, Santika Radial, for making my mother's birthday celebration and our overall stay so memorable!

The superior room is quite spacious compared to some competitors. Surprisingly, they have a pool on the hotel, which is very nice addition. But what really impressed me is the breakfast. HUGE selection of authentic Indonesian and Palembangnese food, and also some western must haves. Will come here again.

Located in the heart of palembang, it's just across transmart, walking distance to pempek beringin and palembang icon mall. Staffs were friendly, spacious room, nice breakfast, unfortunately the parking lot was not too spacious, so they ask the guess to park the car at the parking lot next to the building which was uncomfortable when it's rain.
