It was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.

The air conditioner was too loud and I couldn't sleep. The sheets were not clean and had stains!
