Hotels Near Terowongan Paledang in Paledang

I stayed at this hotel for an office event. I do not know for what consideration I was placed in a smoking room. As soon as I entered the room, I felt suffocated because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. I tried calling the front office, but the phone didn't work. As a result I had to get off the 10th floor, after waiting for the elevator to go up to the 10th floor for 5 minutes, and to get back down I had to wait another 5 minutes. What a waste of time. Finally I was able to move rooms, fortunately it was still available. The elevator is a bit wobbly when used, like it's in an earthquake and this is a bit scary. The food is quite varied, although the taste is just standard. The room floor is a thick carpet, but unfortunately not cleaned. I know the carpet in my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 day stay, because the position of the chair remained the same and the pieces of tissue on the carpet were still there. It looks like the curtains haven't been cleaned for a long time either. I still feel the dust sticking to every cloth in the room. Many of the furniture has been damaged by time and may need repair. Likewise with the lobby carpet and on the very worn carpet stairs, please clean it. The lobby parking lot is very congested, the paving blocks are disturbing because of the holes and the exits are very congested. The only thing that makes this hotel chosen by people is because of its location in the middle of the city. For a hotel this old, the rate is too expensive. Hopefully there will be improvement from management.

First time stay at this hotel the staff (hezki from front office if im not wrong) really help me. im asked for change the sheet at room cause there’s spot, and he provided that to change with new one. Breakfast area i think they have to add more options of menu at buffet. Staff trinee help me aslo even they only trining here. thx

they had 2 parking areas. in front of lobby n empty land nearby. will be great if u get in front of the lobby

all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the service is ok the receptionist is friendly and very helpful standard food prices, taste is also standard lots of ants, so be careful if you put food on the table I can't get room slippers, so my feet are cold walking on the floor because I don't bring slippers

Just OK, no more If you just want a place to sleep and rest, this place is more than ... but if you want more than that, if you want to spend a special time with someone, rest from the hustle and bustle of work to leisure, want to enjoy the hotel facilities ... then for me this is NOT the place 1. Our room was worn (Room 511). The bed sheet is stained, the glass door to the shower cannot be fully opened because it is stuck on the tiles, the shower layout does not provide a place to store soap (even though they give a soap dispenser and shampoo all in one), There is no proper place to store toletries around the bathroom sink, and there is no place for women to dress 2. The food in this hotel is so so considering that we see this 4 * hotel, plain fried rice without special taste, sausage is a bit hard and cold, the coffee as we guess is not too OK. Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. The room condition is not very tight, because we can hear the chairs squeezed in the next room. For a 4 * Hotel, and in the room we booked, I won't give a rating more than average

Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

Not so far from Jakarta and outside hectic crowded Bogor city. Love the Balinese ambience since entering the lobby. The architecture reminds me with one property at Seminyak Bali. Property is maintained, thumbs up for this. We requested all booked room to be twin-bed and low floor ( due to one guest is a senior guest) The room was clean. Love the safety measure of double front door of room. Window blinders need improvement. The shower was hot and amenities from coffee/tea/bathrobe and shower room were good. At night cafe/resto had a good ambience just to sit down and chill. Love the family staycation feeling as many young family and children around. Breakfast was okay, enough for this price level. Love the paddy field at the area of the resort Over all am satisfied to bring my family here. Will definitely return again in a near future for staycation.
