預訂這家酒店時，是因為這個酒店平台給出的是五鑽評級，顯示22個房間。經過我們實際入住的感受，以及受到的店員恐嚇威脅，第一時間和平台進行了投訴，如今這個酒店已經被降級成為2•民宿類的酒店。
我們在入住的兩天裏，洗澡時候斷電13次，衹要停電，水就變成冷水，大家可以想想一下，洗個澡是多麼痛苦！還有滿屋子蜘蛛，樹蛙小蜥蜴都能在房間裏看到。
説到服務，可以説酒店沒服務可言，從後廚到前台辦理，再到所謂的管家，就一個人，不要看介紹説的那麼好。而且這個人還很兇，退房時候，莫名其妙加了很多錢，不給不讓走，總之，這次入住體驗極差

這是一家騙子酒店，不知道怎麼評到5星的，
1，廁所淋浴間就是一個簾子拉上的隔間，沒有燈，黑着洗澡。
2，熱水器一洗澡就斷電，孩子在裏面冷的打哆嗦也沒電，然後屋裡全黑黑看圖那個枱燈，開了第一天就壞了，關了燈泡，第二天又壞了，因為是斷電憋的，自己帶的充電設備都壞了
3，到達第一個晚上，吃飯告訴我們25美金一個人，就是端上來一盤飯（如圖）
4，走時候讓我們補了孩子還有加床的早餐錢，其中加床的費用本來談好包括這個成人早餐錢也不承認了，付了增加的早餐床費163💲美金！早餐10.5美元一個人，孩子也沒有半價，而且如圖，衹有麪包和香腸雞蛋
5，我們明明定了兩天，第二天safari 後在公園外吃了飯就不管接了，要付2500盧比一個車，衹有入住和出接送才免費，那我們退了再住第二天不就又應該接送了？
6，沒有餐巾紙盒，衹有幾張
7，入住就有小青蛙和蟲子歡迎我，謝謝
8，主要攜程網站的描述嚴重有誤，酒店破爛，房間數衹有7的小破酒店，寫成20間，服務超級差！天坑酒店！

辣雞酒店趕緊下架吧，在一片深山老林裏搭了幾個帳篷，晚上伸手不見五指，前台也沒有人值班，洗澡水幾乎一直都是涼的，充電電壓也不穩定充不了電，手機差點搞壞！枕頭也是臭的！臭的一晚上沒睡着！最無語的是一家四口入住，加床費用收了91美金！！！蘭卡待了這麼多天，第一次被收這麼多加床費用！！！主要它根本不配這個價格！！！房間門也關不緊！！！一晚上都心驚膽戰！請所有人避雷！

晚上到的這個酒店，進去的路跟越野試駕的場地一樣，多虧裏面的車出來接我們，因為第二天正常的野生動物園票沒有了，酒店經理就説看看能不能買雖然買到了，但是也很貴，誰讓我們之前沒有買呢，房間硬件還行，就是空調晚上不能關，巨冷務必，也沒有 Wi-Fi，早飯太差，完全不值，整體來説呢 一般般吧
