I landed at the local airport and realized my organization has booked a hotel 187 miles from my location. Without much fuss, I was able to find this hotel, which I picked off of ratings online, and get into a room pretty quickly. This is a wonderful (beautiful, clean) hotel set in a lovely beach community. This is a tourist area which the local citizens treat with pride and respect. There is a canal running parallel to the walkway that goes straight to the beach. The staff members, to a person, were incredibly helpful and thankfully multilingual. I arrived while the weather was less than ideal and I would love to see this in the summer time. Both the hotel and the surround area appear to be quite kid-friendly as well.

Best 5 days we’ve had in a while - it was a complete re-boot of body and soul. Beautiful architecture and grounds accentuated by a very helpful and pleasant staff. An excellent menu of treatments as well as fabulous menu at the restaurant which has a buffet breakfast that rivals our other EU favorites

For the price 370 euro per night deluxe suite, I would expect 5-star service and amenities, yet that is not what you will get. And it is a bit strange for a small hotel like this. First positives: Nice good size rooms, which looks less tacky than on photos. Good breakfast. New and nice hotel. Negative: There are no sunblinds in the second room which makes it hot and brings light early. There is no AC. How is it possible to have 5-stars without AC? For this price? Refrigerator did not work. I reported to reception - 0 impact. The spa is a joke. It is just a sauna and jacuzzi. Moreover, the staff did not even bother to fill it with water. They do not care. If you want, you can fill. In a 5-star hotel! There is nowhere to leave luggage on checkout. Even 0-star hotels have that. In general, there is nobody who can help you with baggage at all. Is it arrival or departure - looks like they do not care. It did enjoy my short stay, yet was disappointed with service.

What we liked: Very spacious and clean room. Good food. Pool and spa area, very warm water in the pools. Close to the sea (approx. 600 m walk through a pine tree forest). Bathrobes in the room; pools are conveniently in the same building so there is no need to undress and dress up fully before going to the pool and after it. Nice staff. What we didn't like: Our room was on the second floor, directly over the pool area, so we heard constant humming (pool pumps or some other pool equipment) whenever we were in the room during the daytime (pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the evenings, so we could hear the noise in our room all the time, except for the night). The floors of the pools are very strange - they have different levels which are not gradual - you could be standing in the 1.4 m depth area on one foot and would not touch the floor with another foot as it is 1.7 or 1.8 m deep. Very bright lights of the AC unit and power control unit in the room - we had to cover them with whatever at night so that they would not hinder us to sleep: the blue light of the power unit, in particular, shone so brightly that it seemed that the door was not shut tight and the light was coming in from the corridor. Hard beds.

A great room with one bedroom and a living room equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Clean. The best location is 50 metals from the central pedestrian street. There is a rental bicycles and scooters. From the downsides - a paid parking and a very small pool for a hotel of this size. Visit the pool is better for money than in free time (09-13:00), when people are more than water in the pool . Breakfast for three , but maybe it is due to COVID restrictions. Therefore, the overall estimate is 4+ . Recommended for rest with family.
