The food was very bad, we were hungry. If it was free, people wouldn't come here to eat, but the rooms of the hotel are very nice. If you bring your own food with you, you can stay there, otherwise you won't stay. The price and performance are good, but it's not worth coming just because of the price. We said the food would be good because it is a municipality place, but it is very bad. If the food is improved, there will be no problem.

The location is very good, very close, two minutes on foot :), the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good in terms of standard temperature. I came and stayed in Erzurum Palandöken for the first time and I am thinking of coming again. I liked snowdora very much, I recommend it..
