Excellent service, great location, nice view of the tea gardens in the backyard. The rooms were clean abd heated up during checkin abd every time we were back.The staff is very helpful. Helped organise live musical night at a reasonable price and also Provided Jain food on request.

This place ticks all boxes for a soothing, scenic, memorable, comfortable holiday. Food is available through the services of private butler. Location is scenic with a great view of Dhauladar range on one side and tea estate on the other. Maintenance of property is top notch. Though I would like them add a few more items on their food menu. I would specifically like to mention MR Rakesh the manager for his hospitality and postive attitude and MR Maninder the butler for this infallible and dedicated service.

We were total 18 members travelling to this property and were looking for a weekend gateway. This property over exceeded our expectations . With such a huge family never felt cramped in property . Living area accommodated us all .and most of the time was spent there . The butler service was amazing high five to Sanjay for making our stay comfortable. Rooms were clean and cozy . Food quality was excellent however I wish if they can add more menu items like wood fired pizza etc . Balcony view with a garden and tea garden was one of the best key points of this property . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Staff is courteous and polite . Front staff also catered to all our needs . The property location is great , you can walk around 2 km to reach market . Van vihar is few km drive away . Kids enjoyed lot there . Thanks you team for amazing hospitality Only thing need to be improved is playing are for kids . We didn’t find that up to the mark . It’s in a need more cleaning and better upkeep of table tennis rackets and other stuff there

Set amid sprawling tea estates in the pristine town of Palampur, lies this signature, boutique property that offers The Best ambience, facilities, cleanliness, service, hospitality, meals that anyone can ask for. This must surely stand out as the Top option at Palampur for anyone looking for a quality accommodation. Special call out to my butler - Raman for attending to all my requirements and making my stay a memorable one. Didn't want to check out but shall surely visit again! Thank you!

Excellent property . Very comfortable and well maintained. Great service great staff specially our private butler Maninder . Bar bar que was great the live singers were fabulous too. The spa services were very good. The management is efficient .

The hospitality of the Manager Rakesh and his team were outstanding. They made us feel as if we are at home. Right from receiving us on arrival to sending us off it was a pleasant experience. Food was like home cooked food. Tasty but less oil. Adrak wali masala chai to start our day and all day long too was always in demand. Rooms were well kept. The view of the tea garden, Mountain Range from the Rooms were mesmerizing. In short a mesmerizing experience.
