We were fortunate to be the only ones at the Resort for 2 of the 3 nights! We stayed in the spacious Forest View Rooms which had stunning views on both sides including a fab view from the bathroom. The Resort Team made the stay more special with their excellent personlized service. The Chef made the best Rava Dosa I have ever had and the all the meals were superb including local delicacies (5 stars to the F&B team!)… loved the concept of anytime self-service Juice and Maggi stations and DIY Pizza & BBQ station… the resort activities such as Sky Cycling & Village Walks were quiet unique… All in All would definitely recommend a 3N stay in the resort but keep an entire day just to enjoy the resort itself!

We (family of 4) stayed at Rakkh for 5 days. The resort provided us the perfect mix of adventure and comfort. The cottages are cosy and have spacious balconies and views of the nearby valley. There are multiple activities (pottery, tree rope course, climbing etc..) within the resort, as well as short/long treks which are led by experienced guides who are all from nearby areas and have excellent knowledge about the flora, fauna and history of the surroundings. We also wanted to appreciate the efforts of Chef Netra and Sunny and their team for the amazing food (which included providing locally caught seafood, upon request although this was not part of their set menu). We were also fortunate to experience the local 'pahadi rasoi' which was a full feast cooked in traditional himachali style and accompanied by two local performers who sang throughout the dinner service. Lastly we enjoyed the company of 'Tully' the resorts golden retriever who was a cute guide on all our walks. Will recommend to friends and family :)

Lovely place with amazing hospitality, staff is super helpful and kind. Food is amazing and service is excellent. You'll love your time here. Highly recommend if you want to have the time of your life. There are activities for all like trekking, pottery, making your own pizza etc. Must go

Photos speak for themselves. We really enjoyed our stay out here. We stayed for only 1 night but we strongly suggest to stay minimum 2-3 nights to enjoy whole lot of activities they offer for free as part of the room package. Three time food besides evening snacks are part of package besides you can self cook Maggie, pizza, have fresh fruit juices, make tea as per your convenience. On site Spa is from Tattva, a very renowned chain and is reasonably priced (60 minute massage starts at Rs 3500). Staff is so attentive that they even remember your name by heart. Swati, the resort manager explains everything in detail at the time of check in. She ensures your well being not only during your stay but even before and after to ensure you reach home safely. We went for an evening stroll to the nearby river with hotel staff and were served biscuits and cookies (no extra cost). Few things that resort management must work upon : 1. Bathroom overhead shower speed is very low and the temperature of water keeps changing drastically and hence makes it so uncomfortable. 2. Access to swimming pool can be made from other side also, so that those staying uphill need not walk down to go to the pool. 3. One additional electric cart should be made available to bring guests to restaurant or to reception area. Currently the waiting time is as high as 15 minutes. Last note : Not disabled friendly or old age people or those with legs issue as the resort is constructed on a hill, so you cannot avoid to walk/climb steep walkway.

We just came back from our 3N stay at Rakkh and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The cottages are luxurious with thoughtfully curated amenities and splendid views. We stayed in the forest cottages with interconnected rooms. This is great for families traveling together, The activities galore and DIY stations are amazing to say the least- it keeps everyone engaged - young and the old alike. We tried pizzas making, pottery, wall - climbing, weaving, obstacle course and played numerous games. My son loved the scavenger hunt and was excited to explore nature. They have wonderful treks and the guides make sure everyone is taken care of. The live band on one of the nights was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed a lot. The Himachali Dhaam served in a traditional kitchen was delicious . Food was sumptuous and fresh. The staff did a commendable job in ensuring a great stay. They provided golf carts for my aged parents who had a little trouble ascending the steep walk to the rooms. We celebrated my son’s birthday and he was really excited and happy. My parents loved everything and my mom also completed a night trek which was awesome! Last but not the least, a heartfelt thank you to Swati- the resident manager who took hospitality to different heights She was omnipresent- taking care of the minutest details. We loved our stay at Rakkh to bits and cannot recommend it enough!
