Rooms are very Average.Bedsheet and the comforter are not so clean. Breakfast was ok . Restaurant staff has a good coursey Thank In Reception & Lobby Good courtesy. Especially thank to Miss Adhira . Keep it up.. wishing all the team best of luck

The hotel indraprastha is a nice hotel And good service also the room is so comfortable and private. And the food they serve is delicious. There is no disturbing sounds of vehicles, peoples etc. And that's all thank you hotel indraprastha..

Hotel Indraprastha - It was an excellent stay we enjoyed a lot, specially the buffet breakfast was so tastey.. Staffs where really friendly truly appricated, i would really recammand everyone to vist once to there coffeeshop during evening hours and have a cup of coffee... It makes the day with full of joy and happines.. Will visit again sure! Thank you for your great service and hospitality..

I have stayed in this hotel during Oct first week. Actually I forgot to put the feedback 😕 recently I remember to put. Hotel is good but I face some bad experience that is main problem is a/c leakage... I want to ask you that star hotel have this kind of issues is there??? So first You change this kind of a/c and fix a standard one it's a big issue we are expecting to stay happy but this kinds of things how to guest make happy... So you please solve this issues early as possible... One thing we are liked 😄 very much... We meet one lady Ms.Puja she is very prompt and gratitude girl. She came to our room and listened attentive our issues..... It's very good thing👍😊 keep it up 😌 Puja... Your service is amazing 😍 we are very happy to meet you...

We were on a family vacation and booked a Premium room, which comes above basic and executive rooms. This used to be the best property in Palakkad 20 years ago, but we were in for a surprise. Rooms were surprisingly small and had a bad smell of cigarette and urine. When you complain, hotel management sprays room fresher. We had to keep the room windows open for hours get the smell out daily. Bad experiences continued with room service bearer Kannan who was extremely rude after he served a wrong fried rice with something looking like mutton/ beef when we asked him for an egg and prawn fried rice. Probably a union member, as none of the management we complained could offer any help. Breakfast was horrible, with very few options and any good items are chargeable separately. No one attends call for housekeeping while others claim it’s not their job to inform housekeeping anything. Food is barely consumable, not befitting a hotel claiming to be three stars. Stench of urine continues everywhere, in the corridors lifts etc. Avoid at all costs.

Good Hotel... Nice room.... Rooms are very spacious...and neet and cleaned... Calm and quiet place... Hotel is in the main town... Breakfast was very tasty.. Customer service was very excellent... Cofee shop teams, house keeping, reception teams all are very friendly and very comfortable to talk.... Keep it up... Everything was ok..... Thank you for making a good stay....... Thanks to All👍🏻👍🏻
