The oral English at the front desk is very heavy, and the service attitude is average.
I don't know where the KTV hotel can hear the bass noise of disco dancing, which is very annoying.

What a great experience to have family staycation at double tree by hilton bintaro jaya. The hotel staffs were so friendly (we got yummy welcome cookies when we check in) and fast response to guest needs especially when there was any trouble with parking payment system. However it was solved quickly.
The room were very clean and we got a nice view from the our room.
The breakfast was also tasty.
The swimming pool was very clean and had a great view.
it also has a small pool for children and my son enjoyed it a lot.
Overall it was a great experience to stay here. We’ll definitely come here again when we want to enjoy another staycation.

The front desk was rude and had a sloppy attitude. The staff didn't understand but kept saying yes. I sat in the lobby for a while waiting for a customer and asked for a bottle of water but no one came for 2 hours. I was really speechless. I spent at least 1.5w in the hotel. Is this the only service you know?

Having breakfast at Open Restaurant and Vira offering us for having some coffee or tea and she was nice. And our coffee was made by Zakirin, which is the coffee taste so great for starting the day. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the vibe overall ten out of ten. Also thanks to Silvi who greeted us nicely! :)

Semua tersedia dan kamar cukup luas dari kebanyakan kamar tipe ini. Waitress di Open Rest sangat ramah especially Anissa n Zelda. Breakfast cukup bervariatif dan lengkap. Thank you for the experience and I will definitely recommemd to others.
