"The hotel gave me an amazing entrance, magnificent lobby, but 5mins later they made us wait for almost an hour to check in saying that they couldn’t find our reservation. They told us to have a sit multiple times wait for them to cum out the reservation, while we were exhausted from a long bus ride to Pakse(btw, such a horrible terrible miserable city). They’d only pay good attention to the well represented.
But after checking in, realizing the check in time on trip.com isn’t aligned with their own check in time schedule, the hotel was an amazing resting place with international TV, nice bathroom and pool outdoors. In such a dirty city like Pakse, we have a better stay because of the nice hotel.
Just one last little tip for the hotel, recruit people who speak good English please."

"Lovely hotel in Pakse, with very good location near cafes, restaurants, embankment and motorental agencies - city center for sure. There are all necessary amenities in the room: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, water and mini bar in case you need smth. Sheets and towels are white, cleaning is very good, wi-fi works also ok and AC located good, you will not die of freezin👌
The best thing in the hotel is the staff! I thanks a lot - they are super friendly and kind, good people and could help you in case you ask 🤗
If you will choose Standard room, it is better to ask for 4th floor- the window there more bigger (room 407). I also stayed in 506, it is the same, but the window is one one and narrow.
The rooftop is very cool, during the rain it covered, i think the sunset there is perfect, unfortunately had no chance to visit.
The breakfast is good, everything you need you could find: omelette, fruits, fresh milk, bread, different jams, pate, and other things i suppose people eat for breakfast.
So, i highly recommend this hotel! 🤗"

"The room is normal, like a three-star hotel in China, with an elevator up and down, and a swimming pool on the top floor, which is pretty good. Pakse is the only way to Wat Phu Temple. The weather is very hot. Be careful to prevent heatstroke. The breakfast is also OK."

"In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about 😂😂😂, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself 😅)..."

Friendly staff and very nice, high-quality rooms.
During our stay, some renovations were underway. Therefore, the room floor was a bit dirty when we arrived.
This was fixed immediately after we were informed!
The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning.
It is very extensive and of good quality.
We would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserGood hotel near the centre and the airport, we spent one night there. Good facilities, somewhat old rooms but clean and spacious with smart TV and cable channels... friendly staff. On the top floor there is a terrace with a good atmosphere and good views to have a beer at a good price. The only drawback is that we got a room near the lift and you could hear it opening and closing but I would stay there again.

GGuest UserIn the city center, very close to the bus station and several markets. There is a fast food stall at the door every afternoon at 5pm. Business is very good. Many people drive here to buy food. I have tried both Chinese and Laotian food. They are all delicious.

DDafne Julissa CGThe hotel is easy to locate on Google maps, a square of the main street, takes attention 24hs, to parking space, offers extra washing services and motorbike rental, the receptionist is very friendly, service, It should only improve your English, helped us get a taxi for the airport. The room is large, with basic facilities, shampoo, soap, water bottles (day), white towels, closet,air/con, acceptable WiFi, that if the smell of the bathroom was something strong. It is recalled that you leave 100000.00 LAK as security deposit (about $4.62) And return it to your check out.

In modern society, free Internet service is basic, but there is one Internet router in the center of the corridor on each floor, so the Internet was not connected in the room, which is only 5 meters away. I called the staff and said it was not connected to the Internet, so the staff had no other way.
If you are looking for accommodation when traveling to Pakse, I highly recommend Subin Hotel across from Daejanggeum Restaurant in the city.
And eventually, it was difficult to connect to the Internet, and it was difficult to handle business.

WwAGGuTrip.com 에서 예약한 호텔에 위치와 실제 호텔의 위치가 완전히 다른 곳에 있어서 비를 쫄딱 맞고 겨우 현지인들에게 물어서 물어서 겨우 도착 했습니다. 트립닷컴에 얘기해서 아마 수정이 될 거 같고 호텔에 대해서 얘기 하자면 호텔은 직원들은 매우 매우 매우 매우 친절 한데 시설이 약간 오래된 느낌 침대에서는 움직일 때마다 삐그덕 삐그덕 소리가 많이 납니다. 가격도 그리 싼 가격은 아니어서 다소 실망 했습니다. 위치도 여행자 거리와는 많이 떨어져 있어서 이동하기에도 매우 불편 했습니다. 하지만직원들의 성실한 태도 와 친절함에 모든 것을 다 용서 할 수 있었습니다.
