"The hairdryer in the bathroom is not working properly, so I have called the service centre for another hairdryer, but no one picked up the call. I have walked down to the lobby and asked the front desk for help. It took around 15 minutes to deliver the hairdryer to my room. Apart from this, everything was fine and decent."

"It's a nice gesture that the hotel actually sent a link to check in online even though I didn't book directly from them. Upon in person check-in, the process was quick too. Staff was friendly and approachable, appreciated that. The room is relatively clean, most importantly there are no hints of hair lying around randomly! Location is superb as I was attending the concert next door, at Thunderdome, very short walking distance that took less than 10 mins. Not my first time here, but definitely won't be my last time either! Thank you for the hospitality 😌"

"The beds were incredibly comfortable! Like one of the most comfy hotels beds I’ve ever been on. The space was clean and the location was excellent - right at the metro stop. There’s a nice co-working space and security so you don’t feel isolated if you’re traveling solo. There is some noise in the mornings though if you’re a light sleeper."

My only minor gripes were that the slippers provided were quite basic, the water pressure on higher floors was a bit inconsistent, and the hot water wasn't very reliable. On a positive note, the swimming pool is saltwater, and the gym was good."

"Good, but the room is not soundproof. You can hear people outside. There is an elevator, but you have to walk up one step of stairs first. There is a parking lot. The staff provides good service. It is near Impact and there is a car to pick you up."

"A small hotel located on the Pak Kret bypass road. It is quiet and there is no noise from traffic, but it is difficult for people without cars to get here. As soon as you enter the door, you will smell the fragrance. The room is a suitable size, the air conditioning is cold, the bed and pillows are clean, there are soaps, shampoos, conditioners, natural products, towels, hair dryers, cold air conditioning, hot water. Next to the hotel is a large coffee shop that offers hotel users a 10 baht discount per cup. The hotel has an electric car charger."

"Great for those who come to the concert at the impact arena. Going to the apartment for the first time is a bit scary, but the room inside is very nice. the owner did a good job to create a comfortable atmosphere inside. In general, there is everything you might need. There is a large shopping center nearby, 7-11, and the arena is about a 7-minute walk away. I will book again!"

"The room was everything we wished for, very close walking distance to Impact Arena/Challenger, close to convenience store and street restaurant. Towels, soap, sample of hair treatment are available and we appreciated it. Two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived, spacious room, calm. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions on how to check in/out, really quick answers, it allowed us to enjoy our stay and not to worry about anything, I recommend 100%!"
