Beautiful view from the room on a high floor. Very clean. Lovely staff, kind, welcoming and helpful. Amazing tasty food whether the breakfast or the à la carte lunch.

Location is quite convenient. It's a short walk coming from pink line train. Easy to get to IMPACT, but the hotel's shuttle bus is too pricey.
The restaurant took forever to cook my food despite only a few other customers.

Nice place to stay nearby Impact Arena. Convenient to travel from concert to hotel. The place is clean and great service.

We stayed at this hotel for a night because it is near the international school where our kids will have a meeting the following day. Great stay, clean hotel and 5 star standard. We only used the room, no food or traveling around the area.

This hotel was perfect for my trip to THAIFEX2024! It's right next to Impact MuengThong, so getting there was a breeze. I hopped on the blue bus number 166, but you could also grab a motorbike or use Grab (like Uber, but in Thailand!). There's even a mall just across the bridge (less than a 5-minute walk) and a 7-Eleven convenience store right around the corner (super handy!).
The staff at the hotel were awesome! They helped me with my luggage and assisted other clients in getting transportation. Breakfast was a delicious self-serve buffet, and let me tell you, their daily porridge was incredible!
Overall, this hotel was a great choice. It was convenient and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. I highly recommend it!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, this is not a pleasant stay, because I changed 4 rooms on my arrival. For the first room they gave me, the toilet light was not working, so they switched me to another room, but the second room was very smelly, full of the toilet smell! They gave me another room which the toilet light kept flashing 🫣 finally they gave me another room which looked good…however, when I took a shower in the evening, there’s ONLY HOT Water from the shower tap!!! The hotel should pay more attention for the work of room maintenance!!
The next day morning, when I was having breakfast buffet in their restaurant, a staff was cleaning up the table next to me, she didn’t change the table mat that the customer just used for her meal, not even wiping it off, and the staff just replaced the napkin and cutlery only, this is very unhygienic, the hotel should train up their staff to pay attention to this issue.
