Pak Chong Hotels with Swimming Pools

Most impressed with our stay in Movenpick. We loved the large room, the scenic views and the environment that hotel was located. Food and services were as expected and did not disappoint. Kids love this place so we will definitely consider coming back again (esp if there’s cheaper deal). The downside is that we will need to walk outdoors to the main lobby for food etc, so just imagine if it was raining, then everything that’s outdoor wld be an inconvenience. Otherwise, this place is also slightly further than most attractions in Khao Yai, but we just loved the serenity of the environment

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Customer service was up to par , except for a few staffs who were hard to communicate with because they couldn’t converse in English well! Otherwise very helpful and did their best to help out despite the barriers in between! Excellent place with a perfect mountain view. Enjoyed renting the buggy to ride around with my family! This is a place worth the bucket list!

The atmosphere is very quiet. The outside and inside of the hotel are very clean. The view is considered okay. Go during the rainy season and there will be fog to see as well. Near the hotel there is a steel river flowing through.

Very good service, beautiful place, reasonable price Going to stay at a hotel is like going to other tourist attractions as well. The church is beautiful, the gallery is beautiful. The English Garden is very beautiful.

The color use and furnishings on each floor are different, which is very suitable for taking pictures on the Internet. Breakfast in addition to order, but also self-service toast bread, milk and other food, can make people eat very full. The service staff was very friendly and when the child went to the pool to swim, he also took a seat on the water to play with the child. When asking questions, he would smile and respond politely. The room is clean as a whole. Where it could be strengthened: 1. Those who are not used to sleeping on a hard bed may not sleep well, the pillow is soft but the bed is hard. There is only one key and room card, the door lock feels like it's fast broken, not very secure. The overall decoration and facilities are distinctive but relatively sunny, the swimming pool is small.

Booked for a friend and its ffordable and the weather is cooler during this time of the year, unfortunately this year.
