Cost-effective in this area. The breakfast was plentiful, the waiters didn't speak Chinese and didn't speak much English. There must be a car to live here and you need to drive. The hotel rooms are very large and the facilities are a bit old. One of our rooms had bad hot water, and it was not done well after being asked twice. Fortunately, Thailand is very hot, and it does not matter whether there is hot water. Overall it is still satisfactory!

Of all the times we have stayed in Khao Yai, this was the best hotel we have stayed in. It's just a beautiful property with so much space and greenery to it. The staff we fabulous and so helpful every one of them - right from the time we checked in until we checked out. The hotel is well spread out and tucked away in a more far out area (a vehicle is a must); we took a triple bed and it was so spacious with a little pond overlooking our balcony. There are two pools but the one in the main area is gorgeous..there is a gym and many activities for the kids or they can just run around. The theme is books so you will find a lot of books all over the place. The only downside is the breakfast which was disheartening..not.a.very large spread. Else, if we ever go back to Khao yai, I doubt we will chose any other hotel..

This leisure hotel offers a delightful choice for individuals in search of a nature-filled retreat. You can enjoy a pleasant stay amidst the beautiful surroundings provided here. Only the bed was veey hard and nkt that comfortable. Animals are welcome with no additional costs.

It was very clean and I had a good time. The BBQ set was plentiful and delicious. It was also great that there were activities such as archery and trampolines on the premises.

Mooi resort gemoedelijke sfeer. Best jammer dat wij tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten de enige gasten waren maar dat maakte onze vakantie niet minder leuk 😜. Zeer behulpzaam personeel die we voor een aantal problemen op onze kamer een paar keer nodig hadden, ze waren elke keer snel ter plekke. Goed ontbijt, had meer een buffet ontbijt verwacht, misschien nu lastig ivm enige gasten. Fijne ruime en schone kamer. Heerlijk zwembad war het goed vertoeven is na een warme dag. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, niet echt op loopafstand. Leuke dingen te doen in de buurt zoals de Chocolate Factory en de Ban Tha Chang Spring, lekker poedelen in natuurlijk bronwater en natuurlijk het National Park op 10 km afstand

This hotel is PERFECT!!! They are located close to most of the coffee and eatery places in khaoyai. The staff - a batch of very friendly very helpful and lovely people. Always smiling, not idling, always on standby to meet your needs. The room - huge room, separate living and bedroom space. Lots of sitting space, table top space, luggage storage space. Love that the toilet and shower area are separate. Lots of natural sunlight as well, nice view from the room. The best spot - the swimming pool. It is suspended in midair and you get a lovely view from the bottom of the pool. Not for the faint hearted. They also have complimentary hi-tea. Lovely tray of sandwich, cakes, fruits and drinks. An indulgence by itself. In-room bar is complimentary as well, 2 cans of soft drink, 2 cans of beer, some packet juice, peanuts, chips…. Breakfast is ala carte with very good choices. No efforts had been spared to make you start your day right. Will definitely come back here again if I do visit khaoyai again. I left something at the hotel and the staff took extra effort to send them to me. Much appreciated.

Nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool. But room is a bit small and many staff with limited English. Dinner was disastrous, only 1 restaurant in the resort and they asked us to view the menu by scanning the QR code, but actually only 1 starter available plus 6-7 main courses to pick from. The menu also doesn’t change everyday, might as well just print it out to save customers’ time and effort scanning. Had pad thai and steak for dinner. The prawn in the pad Thai doesn’t taste fresh, we asked for medium for the steak but it was raw in the middle. Taste was not good. If u are planning to stay here for few days and not planning to dine outside, good luck. U might ended up starving since the menu for in-room dining is exactly the same. However I have to say the breakfast was pretty good, omelette was done well, with fresh side dishes and homemade yogurt etc to choose from.

The hotel is built on a large area and has a very interesting architecture. You enter through the parking garage, upstairs is a friendly reception. The room numbers are confusing, it takes some time to understand the system. The room is nice and big with an extra sofa, a balcony, a modern trendy bathroom with bath and there is a fridge. One side of the bed has no nightstand. At the end of the area is the restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and circles around a central area. It is 1.20m deep. It is very quiet (aside from loud guests from time to time) and there are many places to sit, lie and relax. The restaurant has a great menu of Thai and western dishes. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The steak was great and the pizza also nice and thin with good topping. Service is with attention to detail. So far so good. Back in the room, wanting to relax a bit with the remainder of the wine we were exposed to the thumping bass of music from a party at least 100 meters away. Extremely irritating to a point that I had to leave the room and go for a walk. The noise came from a small restaurant on the main road with just a few visitors. It could be heard hundreds of meters down the road and also in the pool area. No escape. I don’t directly blame the hotel for this, but they should contact their neighbors and ask for some consideration. At half the volume it is still more than loud enough for the dancers. It went on till well after 10 pm. After that you can hear some traffic, so I would recommend to ask for a room farther from the road, the second building row. A place where I have to leave my room cannot score high on my come-back list. Unless of course the issue is solved. What a pity that in such a nice place the fun of a small group can affect the guests of 72 rooms in this hotel alone.
