Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though. The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast. Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. It was also our first glamping experience, and we even spotted an unusual bird's nest in the palm trees. Breakfast was also excellent. However, we stayed in two different room types, and in both, the shower water was unfortunately cold. I believe they should consider installing different shower units.

The place was incredibly peaceful. The garden view was so refreshing, I could sit and enjoy it all day. I particularly loved having a private pool and a bathtub. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and dinner also provided excellent choices. But what truly impressed me the most was the staff – their service was incredibly helpful and prompt, and they were always ready to provide any amenities we needed. I'll definitely be returning! ✨

Clean rooms, good location, has parking. Bathroom amenities do not include a mirror. There is no place to put anything. Broken bathroom frame Should be repaired to make it beautiful. In the room when the curtains are closed There is still light coming in. Must use curtain clips. There was a kettle and coffee and a few snacks. Satisfied because the hotel does not have breakfast.

It is a place worth relaxing in a calm way. Delicious breakfast available, can be refilled if not full yet. The receptionist is very good, speaks because of good service, this time probably because of COVID, so there are few people to stay. When we went, there were a few rooms to stay. But the customer service staff did not neglect it. I like it. The bedroom and towels are spotlessly clean.

I wish they would replace the shower head; the water sprays in all directions. The room felt quite dated and showed signs of wear, likely due to the hotel being an older establishment.

Stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed ourselves a lot! Location wise not too sure convenient or not as we travelled by car and almost everywhere was quite accessible. In room dining was great and we enjoyed the spa a lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend anyone traveling with family to stay there!

If you're visiting Khao Yai, you absolutely have to stay here! It's like stepping into a fairytale village. Every corner is beautiful and refreshing, with lush greenery everywhere you look. The facilities are excellent and comprehensive. They even have Netflix, and the in-room minibar is complimentary! This time, I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a Duplex room, which was incredibly spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff provided exceptional service.

I stayed here when the rain stopped. The atmosphere was great, the air was fresh. The super deluxe room had a bathtub and a balcony where you could walk straight to the pool. The staff provided excellent service.
