The so-called "villa" is just a name, and the facilities are ridiculously simple It is advertised as a villa, but in fact each room has only one bed and a bedside table, and there is no trace of basic hotel facilities such as sofas, desks, wardrobes, and mini bars. What's even more ridiculous is that the four-room villa that claims to be able to accommodate 8 people has a pitifully small public living room, and the dining table can only accommodate 4 people. Multiple people cannot use the public space normally. The hardware is old and there are safety hazards, and the details are not guaranteed The shower facilities are seriously aged, the wires are exposed, and the metal wires are directly exposed. I accidentally cut my hand while taking a shower. Such safety conditions are completely unworthy of being called a "resort hotel". The prices are chaotic and the price/performance ratio is zero. The room rates are not standardized and fluctuate randomly from 600 to 6,000 yuan. There are no large-scale events or special events in Khao Yai. The price increase is unfounded and it is obvious that "you can rip off as many as you can". In Khao Yai, which is famous for vacations, such an experience is rare. Except for breakfast and takeout food, the rest are all complaints. It feels like you are being ripped off. I strongly do not recommend it!

We checked in before the time, the staff told us to wait for the room to be available, but the good thing is that we didn't have to wait very long. The bellboy provided very good service and gave good advice. Breakfast came later than the time we reserved and was limited to ordering 1 item per person first, which was quite small. When we ordered more, we had to wait for a very long time, 1 hour +. It didn't come complete, so we had to wait for some menus. We got it again when we were almost checking out. The room was not very bright, there was only one light, and there was no security. There was no place to lock the tent. The main door in front of the house had a key but no padlock, so it didn't feel safe. But the bed was soft and very comfortable.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The staff at the lobby give excellent advice. I will definitely come back if I have the chance. The breakfast is delicious and you can refill it as much as you want until 10 a.m. There is coffee in the room and there is also a famous coffee brand like Starbucks in the room. It's worth it.
