There were no particular inconveniences except that it took time to park because there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. I think this is the best residence for people who need to stay alone for a short period of time and need to provide lodging.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! Location is pretty good if you need to head to the exhibition center. However be aware that there is no covered walkway if it rains which was my experience with muddy potholes. Breakfast was with great options from international and local delights. One downside was the check in time which was strictly at 3pm and there was already a queue when I arrived at 230pm. How silly to let everyone just waiting around when you have the rooms available!!!! Extremely inefficient & really not the service level I expected. If you are willing to wait, then this hotel could be a choice for you. Distance to both Incheon & Gimpo airport is much nearer than city center. For the runners, good running route towards the park too!

This hotel is located on the 8th floor of a building that is common in rural areas, and the rooms are spacious and new, with power cables for iPhones, mobile phone chargers, and Android devices, and clean bathrooms. There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.

I liked the parking lot because it was spacious! There was a company around, so it was good to have a lot of food and convenient location near Paju. It was a little unfortunate that it was not soundproof, but the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

I like the snack bar on the 2nd floor so I'm going to eat ramen. The bed mattress is comfortable and I like it. The staff are always kind to me. I like it

Everything was good but the floor of the room was a bit sticky. I think almost all the facilities were good when I think about other motels. There was a spa and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The counter was friendly and nice.
