Everything was good but the floor of the room was a bit sticky. I think almost all the facilities were good when I think about other motels. There was a spa and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The counter was friendly and nice.

I was worried because there were few reviews, but there are 3 bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator in the room, and you can add it for free. Cospa is the best in a big bathtub. Unfortunately, I can't communicate in Japanese, but English is OK.

I’m here for the exhibition at Kintex. It takes me around 11,000won one way to Kintex. The hotel room is not small, very clean and the view is excellent. The lady at front desk is helpful. The beef BBQ restaurant at 1st floor is good. There are many other restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I’ll come back with my dog since there are pet rooms available.

Khills The Terrace. It appears that part of a building built as an officetel near Yadang Station is being operated as a hotel. Transportation to Seoul was convenient, and even though it was a weekday, many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops were filled with young people from the neighborhood every evening.
Guests can choose from almost any type of food.
I wanted a quiet lake view, and they kindly gave me a view of Unjeong Lake on the 20th floor, which gave me an open view, so I was satisfied.
Because it is a new building, I am overall satisfied. The room was warm with ondol, the bedding was comfortable, and it is equipped with a washing machine and induction stove as well as dishes, spoons, and knives, making it suitable for long-term stays.
What was disappointing was that the water in the sink was slow to drain, and I thought this was due to the fact that sometimes hairs were longer than my own hair and I had no choice but to use the sink when showering. You probably need to check the sink drain when cleaning.
But above all, the location and facilities were excellent value for money, making it a warmer accommodation than anywhere else in the cold winter.
There are no photos of the restaurant that made up the night, but on the way to the subway station after checking out....

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

It seems to be good for a staycation as there is a rooftop pool and a 3rd floor pool.
The front desk staff are also friendly and quick. I only used the hotel breakfast once because there were so many tour groups that I couldn't eat it leisurely.
There is a Hyundai Premium Outlet nearby, so if you need anything for shopping, you can use it... There is a shuttle bus that leaves every hour on the hour from the hotel, so it is convenient to use. (Does not run at 1 o'clock) Overall, I am satisfied. It's a hotel.

紫紫在心It’s really great. Although I didn’t want to be picked up by the hotel when I arrived, and the English at the front desk was not very good, it really made up for all the shortcomings for the breakfast on the top 11th floor. It is definitely 5 stars, with first-class scenery, and you can see the whole of Otaru. The whole picture, although the breakfast is paid separately by yourself, it is 2500 yen, and you can use the coupon for 2,000 after you check in. You must eat it at the restaurant on the top floor. It was the third day that I found out that the salmon is all you can eat 😅 but the time is from 7 to 9 It's half o'clock, pay attention to the time. Although the room was booked as a single bed room, the bed was oversized and 1.5 meters wide. I don't know what the big bed room is like. Kindly reminder, although it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Otaru Station to the hotel, you can't pull the suitcase when it snows. The best taxi from Otaru Station is about 520 yen. Just give the hotel name and address to the driver, it is very, very highly recommended!

고고흐귀It's a hard location to find without a car. There are a little convenience stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The parking lot seems to be no problem with the second parking lot. You can't have a valet and park yourself. I don't think I'm running restaurants and breakfasts separately on weekends. There seems to be no cafe or bar in the hotel to use other things. Smoking is arranged separately in the corner of the parking lot and all indoors are non-smoking. There is a public toilet on the first floor. The counter staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the room is about 10% unfortunate. There is a cosmetic cotton on the floor that someone has used and thrown. It's not perfect but it's a poor management. Great for the price.
