Excellent Hotel, Thanks to Ria as reception that very helpful and smart. Thanks to Dwi who help me to get my credit card back. This Hotel has many cabin crew from different airlines. Overall this Hotel very recommended !!, We had room with Balcony with Amazing View. Will be back soon !

Several issues found. The room was quite dirty, including the fridge, sheets, pillow cases, etc. The cold water tap didnt work and the engineer could not fix it. A bedroom bulb was broken upon arrival. A TV remote was missing. A required reservation barcode was not prepared in advance upon arrival, so was stuck at the airport. Staff was quite friendly though.

I stayed in this hotel during my quarantine of 5 days. Would love to thank to the Bandara Int'l Hotel staff for being so professional, helpful and assisting in any way! From first point you meet hotel staff at airport, smooth passing through checking points - as they prepare all papers and shows to the airport security till checking-out! Food was delicious and always on time, as you may schedule your meals with room service. But above all is fantastic scenery, garden, lake that lash all comments about rooms being old and need refurbishment! Rooms are large and comfortable.. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, especially to those in transfer to Bali or other destination, as hotel is only 10 minutes away from Airport terminals..

I was visiting for business purposes and was met in the airport by professional front office personnel Jordy. Good job, very polite and friendly! He made sure I am safe, introduced to local regulations about COVID-19 and told me more about the hotel and what I can and can not use during my quarantine.

Even stayed only for couple hours but it morethan enough, renovated is a must, unsmooth checked out, poor shuttle service, late for 30 minutes even in the midnight and empty road and they offered taxi as replacement to avoid missing flight, even staff said every 30 minutes better stand by one hour before to avoid missing flight, the only good value was distance near by the aiport.

Hôtel très moyen dû à son vieillissement et son défraîchissement. Mériterait d’être rénové!!! Dommage car les chambres sont assez grandes et la terrasse pourrait être très agréable…. Mais tous est vieux!!!! Et ça sent le vieux ….. les draps sont gris et usagés, les rideaux gris, les papiers peints tachés et sales….. Si j’avais dû choisir en toute liberté je n’aurais pas pris cet hôtel qui était affiché 5 étoiles ☹️ …. Mais pour le confinement il fallait trouver une terrasse pour qu’on puisse profiter pendant 5 jours de l’air extérieur….

房間很大啊，比一般市區裏酒店的房間要大。這個建築物是在80年代末“峇里島風格”興起時落成的，所以裝飾挺久的。我印象中就在雅加達機場入口。剔除以上那些，這酒店還是不錯的。乾淨，食物還不錯，環境有湖有園林挺好的，空調沒噪聲，員工友善（這裡是印尼嘛，標配來的）也挺有效率。總而言之，挺不錯的。不算便宜，也不至於五星級酒店那麼貴。但如果你想選擇離機場近的酒店，這是個不錯的選擇。（插句話，從機場進城要2個小時）

L’hôtel n’est pas entretenu et n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du standing indiqué et d’Accor. Les chambres étaient médiocre : - literies sales et abimés - chaise de bureau cassé - salle de bain très vieillissante La nourriture lors de notre quarantaine n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité des plats de l’hôtel. Grande déception car nous l’avions choisi en parti pour la nourriture.
