I would give 5, but I need to claim that the hotel overcharged us since foreign visitors and Colombians living abroad are exempt from sales tax. We stayed 7 nights and were overcharged more than 100 dollars for sales tax. I reserved our rooms two months in advance from my home in the USA, paid the bill with a USA issued credit card, our passports have seals of entrance dated January 8, mg wife’s passport is issued by the US Government. Against all this evidence, we were charged sales tax, which I paid after the hotel promised to reimbursed as soon as the General Manager would return to his office. I gave the hotel my Bancolombia account number to receive the reimbursement, which I have not received so far. Thank you

Todos los funcionarios prestan muy buena atención, muy amables en el comedor y en el servicio a la habitación. He estado hospedada allí muchísimas veces desde hace varios años, pero la cabaña en que estuve la última vez está en un deterioro horrible. Las cortinas fueron un desastre, el piso frente a la chimenea se está desbaratando y casi tenemos un accidente. En pocas palabras, NO nos quedaron ganas de volver.

Me hospedé en una cabaña, la cual estaba muy limpia y organizada. Tenía una pileta de agua termal que funcionó de maravilla, las camas eran cómodas, el espacio de sala bonito y tenía un balcón con vista al lago Sochagota. En varias ocasiones solicité room service y todo salió bien. En cuanto a la comida, me pareció deliciosa, el desayuno incluido es tipo buffet, hay variedad de amasijos y complementos. Los almuerzos y cenas también deliciosos, son platos que se disfrutan y servidos en buena porción. En el bar hay variedad de bebidas, incluyendo cócteles, me pareció muy chévere que tuvieran happy hour para mojitos y canelazos. Las zonas comunes, como la recepción, los corredores, la piscina, el restaurante, muy agradables y acogedores. Todo lo anterior sumado a la amabilidad y disposición del personal, son muy atentos y prestos a resolver las solicitudes. Definitivamente, un lugar al que volveré.
