Lovely place to stay. Centre of Paignton. Good Car Park. Rooms generous in size and Very clean. Breakfast is excellent and nicely cooked by Tina. Good base for visiting neighbouring places such as Torquay Brixham Totnes and Dartmouth. Honesty bar pleasant rear garden.

Such a wonderful stay ! beautiful comfortable room I will miss having my own dressing room ! We stayed in Watcombe room which I 100% recommend but the whole place was beautiful . A great location and the hosts were so welcoming! By far the best guest house we have stopped at - thank you Tina and Phil for your excellent hospitality X

The premises were absolutely spotless and wonderful, Tina and Philip were ideal hosts and nothing was too much for them. Our room was wonderful and had everything you would need all you needed to take were your clothes. Would definitely go again and stay there.

Excellent weekend break, spotlessly clean in all areas. The room was spacious and very comfortable with lots of extras not expected in a B&B. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and served lovely and hot. Hosts were very welcoming. Nothing negative to say and no suggestions for improvement. Would not hesitate to recommend and return

We were made very welcome both on arrival and during our stay. Our room was excellent with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Everywhere in the guest house was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious. We have booked again for next year.

Lovely stay at an immaculately clean, friendly, well run B&B. Everything you would need was provided but in the unlikely event there was anything missing you would only have to ask! There were lots of little touches like bottled water and fresh milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom, a multi use 13 amp plug including USB sockets, Breakfast was delicious, hot, beautifully cooked and presented. Would definitely recommend !!!

This was our second visit this year at Two Beaches, and we have stayed there on many occasions over several years. We would not consider any other establishment whenever we visit Paignton. Tina and Philip are the perfect hosts. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice and quality are second to none. Tina and Philip take care of your every need, and nothing is too much trouble. It's always a sad day when it's time to leave, but we always look forward to booking our next visit. Don't waste time looking for anywhere better to stay in Paignton, as you won't find one.

Another quality stay Tina and Phil are superb hosts The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean Beds very comfy So you have a great night's sleep Wake up to a breakfast any top chef would be proud of It sets you up for a day of exploring what Devon has to offer We stayed three nights It was our second visit and we know it will not be our last
