If you're looking for a budget place on Maui, this is worth it. It's important to note it's more of a cross between a hostel and a B&B. We stayed just one night. Beds were comfortable enough, bathrooms clean, location good. PROS: cost, location, cleanliness CONS: I tried to text owners about how late was too late for check-in (no response); through more investigation on various review sites, I learned that there's a board on the porch that gives you your room #, then when you get to the room, there's a code to lock it and you use that code to unlock. I also learned through those reviews that there's no air conditioning. Given the location, the breezes work pretty well, and there's a fan, but if that's important to you, just be aware. The bottom line is that I chose this for the price and was fine with shared bathrooms/facilities. I wish I had known about no air conditioning and that this was less of a B&B and more of a hostel, but for many travelers, that's all you need. I tend to travel with a couple of picky family members. If I were doing a girls trip to Maui for a few nights, I'd probably come back. I don't know if I would come back with my spouse and son just because we tend to go for more hotel-like accommodations. It's a good stay - just be aware that it's more hostel-like than fancy B&B like, but the price should turn you on to that.
