I liked the hotel - it’s nice and clean. There was no mosquitoes while we were staying there which is extremely good. The farm is fine too. However, we had to leave early, asked about the breakfast and we’re told that it starts at 9am. The next morning we learned that the actual time was 8am…

The location is around 15 min walk from the waking street, no lights on the way at all.
The hotel itself - there is a construction starting at 7-8 am every single day, we couldn’t really sleep normally.
The BIG ISSUE was when we understood there is no hot water in one rooms we made order for. At all. My brother had to shower with old water for 2.5 days, when there is 14 degrees Celsius outside.
When we tried to talk to someone at the reception - most of the time nobody was there.
Beside this, one of the room hadn’t some lamps in the room, one of the two nights - at evening time was no electricity at all.
Do yourself a favor - and don’t visit this place.

Pai town is quite hectic so the fact the Farmhouse is just out of town is perfect for escaping the busy streets. It's close enough to walk or they have a free shuttle every hour to/from town centre. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and delicious, try the local thai breakfast it's very good. The staff were also amazing and made us feel so welcome, they just think of your needs before you do, like lighting a mosquito coil on our balcony each evening as the sun sets, or bringing us bread to feed the fish and ducks. The rabbits, sheep and ducks are so cute and the sheep love a good pet. We stayed in the Farm house and luxury farm house and both were amazing!

Rat’s infestation. Rats walking in the walls and the roof, you can hear them and rat poop everywhere. Staff is really kind but don’t actually do nothing about it. Infestação de ratos em todo lugar andando nas paredes e no teto, não fique nesse lugar

Beds are very comfy, staff is so nice and know all the ins and outs of Pai if your concerned about how to get around Pai. The location is also super close to the main shops, literally less than 10 minutes walk. Has a really homey vibe to the place with nice scenary.

Unbelievable value for the most excellent stay. The location is a short walk from the town but far enough out to be tranquil and quiet. The farm and gardens are lovely. We had a deluxe detached cottage which although small was just fine. It had a nice veranda to sit on a have a drink in the evening. The breakfast was limited but as its included in the room rate their were no complaints there as that to was good. The staff were courteous and friendly. This was a very nice experience.
