Booked a double room with balcony but told that they do not have the room i booked. instead hotel gave a double room (much smaller) and of different value. if so, the booking platform should not have such options. told by hotel to cancel but already prepay online and not able to cancel.

Very tough beds and old towels. The rest of the room working properly. I think you can find a better place for the same price if you look around.

It was very convenient to get around because it was close to the city. It was a bit noisy until late at night because it was next to the road.
