The location is beautiful, however, for what it costs the rooms are really tired. The food at the hotel was not very good. I’m not sure the experience justifies the cost.

we love the villa. we was upgraded by Mr Van to the Grand Villa which consist of 3 rooms of course with a private pool too. Mr Van & Sam are so helpful every time i have requests they will fulfil it . It was a memorable & relaxing stay in this secluded area . We love it. Definitely will be back when i'm Pai. 🤩

Nice hotel with a great view and good location. A bit far from town but ok with your own transport. Hotel has no lift and many stairs which made it difficult for us with a baby. Also, as foreign family I’m really surprised the lack of cribs in hotels. Overall a decent stay.

The view of the sunrise is so beautiful that it is one of the best in Pai. If it is just for this one moment... it would be a good choice.
The facilities of the top-class villa from 10 years ago are now old, so it is disappointing that it is not well managed.
The food here, including breakfast, is so tasteless, and the live singer on the weekends is third-rate. The man who seems to be the cafe manager also ruins the atmosphere by talking and running around among the customers without manners.
Compared to my experience staying there 10 years ago, it seems that they need to change the motel-style business that has become outdated.
But the view is worth visiting at least once.
