Village hut style rooms are compact and non sound proof so your neighbor does hear u rocking the bed or squelchy floorboard while u walk around. 3 car lot just at front of hotel along a busy street that turn into a night market infused with scooters for rental and bars. Seconds away from street food. Lovely frog sounds while u sleep. Muzzie coil are provided daily. Simple breakfast menu and not bad chargrill steak at night. Housekeeping does provide random gift/staff every evening.

We arrived for 2 tight ( 2 + 6 years boy) and we enjoy our stay very much, the stuff are so nice, the rooms are big, comfortable and clean, breakfast with a lot of choices, dinner at the resort restaurant was very good. We recommend to come and enjoy this resort! Before we leave we got a nice bag with small mangoes for the way. Thank you❣️

Hotel location is quiet, away from the lively night market. The hotel has a free night market shuttle bus. Very user-friendly. The front desk can speak simple Chinese. Communication is barrier-free.

Overall a good hotel resort. The hotel is on the mountainside so it is convenient to travel by car, but the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is quite convenient. The hotel is also an attraction, there is a lot of art and culture, and there are a lot of vegetation. It ’s a little bit, but it does n’t affect my mood. I stayed in the tree house for two nights and one night. The tree house room is very small and the boxes are not opened. Especially two, because there are a lot of small flying insects in the tree. Bath water. It's not very hot, but because of the limited conditions on the tree, it's ok to experience it. Another night staying at Jasmine House is a separate villa with a large room for 6 people, very warm and very nice hotel , Highly recommended! By the way, the tree house has no air conditioner, only the fan, and the other room has air conditioner. However, the temperature difference between day and night in Pai County seems to be big, and it is also possible to have no air conditioner because it is halfway up the mountain. Here we have to talk about the uncle driving the hotel shuttle bus. It is super invincible. The uncle is an overseas Chinese and the people are super nice. Our tickets back to Chiang Mai were all gone. Fortunately, the uncle took us elsewhere to buy it and helped us. A lot of busy, very good, this hotel itself can score 90 points, but because of the uncle, I think I can recommend a hundred plus 😁 worth recommending, it is worth living, Pai is a special place where the artistic weather is particularly good, it is worth a visit!

Friendly welcome, upgraded to swim up room which I would highly recommend. Small issue with payment which was promptly rectified, room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks and sodas with excellent bathroom amenities. Location cannot be beaten right on the corner of walking street. Pai has a very relaxed vibe and this hotel continues that theme. Tony is a great guy and will take good care of you! The rooms are quite basic and nothing luxurious. For a budget stay this is a good option. You get a very nice valley view from the terrace. I recommend you have a scooter if you book here, or lift a ride from someone else. It's a good 1-2km walk if you want to get coffee or food from outside. Before Tony's place there's an upward hill, it can make your legs sore fast. The breakfast and lunch options are amazing, i recommend you try them out! The hangout area is also great for socializing and relaxing.

It was a very nice hotel. Thank you for including breakfast. A convenient location to move anywhere for work. The space was very large.

Giving this house a full 5 points is not to say that it is perfect, but to think that the price is really good in all aspects. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Aya bus station. The 7 of us had a lot of luggage. We called the hotel reception and immediately sent someone to pick us up. It is not on the main road, and it feels very quiet like a small paradise. There is a river in front of the hotel. Sitting in the open lobby of the hotel, the wind is blowing slowly, making it particularly comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, very beautiful, the water has a slight salty taste, each room is a small single-family house, there is a balcony at the door, it is still very clean, not bad in all aspects. It is also very close to the night market, but it does not include breakfast. I especially like the green plants in the hotel, like a garden.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed. The room itself was a little bit smaller than expected. The included breakfast was good as well, they deliver it to your balcony - which has a great view of the mountains. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice touch! The place is secluded but not difficult to get to (also walkable to “downtown” Pai though I do recommend a scooter to make life easier). Down the hill and next door there was a really good restaurant for both Thai and western food.

The external environment is still good, the hotel front desk service is very good, but it is far from the city, it takes 8-10 minutes to drive. It will be very inconvenient if there is no car, and there is no street light. It is very dark at night. I am a little scared. The price of the room reflects the prime number, but there are many comments. Everyone should understand.
