Room, location, food, amenities and all facilities are terrible for the price charged for this accommodation.

The wifi was not working even after complaining the receptionist for same. Hot water was not coming in washroom and the worst part was the room was full of mosquitoes. For family i wont recommend this stay

Hotel location is good, situated in main road. The front view of hotel is good. Staff behaviour is quite good.

Distance wise it was good but basic room services like hot water, cleaner, bathroom chappal, soap, shampoos were not provided. Food was expensive. Due to renovation activities they were not paying attention to customers.

My booking at malai was cancel-led by malai hotel one day before even after paying full amount, and that was a disgusting experience and not expected. After request to make my trip team, thay manage my stay at front-water pine hotel at pahelgum, that is a very ordinary hotel, hot water was not available, not worth paying. My experience of booking with make my trip was not good.
