Giving this horrible hotel one star is still generous. Right from the beginning, our first hour was terrible. The front desk concierge was so unhelpful and gave us a room on the top floor despite having elderly with disabilities. Then the concierge LOST an copy of our check-in documents, which had VERY important information on it such as our passports and ID cards. Secondly, my family was traveling with elderly. The room my elderly family member was staying in had a nail sticking out of the door frame and my family member just narrowly avoided stepping on it, which would have been disastrous if she had because it would have gone through her foot. Moving on from those two horrid experiences which only happened in the first hour we stepped foot in the hotel, the electricity in our room went off for 5 minutes leaving us in complete darkness. The fridge in the room was leaning out of the cabinet so much it nearly fell on my grandmother. The hotel was insanely dirty and obviously not throughly cleaned. The view from our rooms was abysmal, overlooking traffic and the dirt. The wifi is awful, so awful it took me a half an hour to post this review (despite them claiming having high speed wifi). The rooms are cramped with no AC. The food was so terrible we retreated to another hotel, JUST to have food we actually found edible. After a taxing 8 hour journey, all my family wanted to do was take a simple nap, but we couldn't even do that, due to the loud TRAFFIC noises outside of the window and the sounds of kids screaming outside our door. This experience was so terrible that the minute we could we fled to another hotel and didn't even receive a refund. HORRID HORRID HOTEL and I hope no one else has to experience this. Overall: Bad wifi Bad rooms No AC Terrible service Dangerous to the elderly Horrid food Loud traffic and children screaming Dirty rooms Unstable electricity
