Great place probably one of the best facilities in pahalgam ,calm secure and great service buffet spreads are quite good too a tad bit expensive but great place for holidays ,staff here excellent warm and always ready to help with a smile ,overall a great place will surely recommend it

Royal Hilton was our chosen destination for 3nights for a family of five. The hospitality and warmth it generated made us wish for a lengthier stay! From the kind guards to the ever helpful Mr swaaliheen at the front desk. The dream waitstaff; Mr Manzoor, Mr Adil, Mr Aamir, Mr Liyaqat, Mr Azhar and chef Junid and Younas. Food was divine but the care and friendliness from them made our holiday extra special. Hotel and staff very kid friendly and safe. Despite the extreme cold temps, room was comfortably warm and perfectly hot running water at all times. Excellent ambience and beautiful views... Would recommend Royal Hilton to everyone planning a trip to Pahalgam.

Upon arriving in Pahalgam from Srinagar, we were bombarded by lowlifes selling us "pony rides." Thinking that this might be a fun way to see this beautiful area, we acquiesced to a "ride" for 5000 rupis for two people for 6 locations, unlimited time. The locations on the poster looked nice. We mounted our sad looking ponies and were led up a road through a sad, impoverished, trash-strewn village, apparently one of the sites. Finally leaving the road, our tired ponies struggled up the rocky garbage strewn path to our next "location," another trashy location called a Tourist Cafe. While we waited for our tea, we were bombarded by the bird guy, who put doves on me, hoping for a photo and cash, the pashmina guy, selling low quality scarves, and some other guys who were just annoying. Then we were led up the trash-strewn trail to a "waterfall." Something akin to a stream with some small cascades, but not a waterfall by any means. There was another "cafe" and trash everywhere. If you're a tea house owner, wouldn't you keep your place clean? It was disgusting. We climbed on the rocks to try for a peaceful moment ***** the stream, but within seconds, the pet-my-bunny guy came by, as well as the guys "volunteers" to take our photos. At this point, we agreed that I was sick and needed to return immediately. This was only one hour in of our tedious tour. The pony whipper, aka guide, initially refused to take us back, but with some serious nausea, I convinced him to return us. Upon our return, we had to deal with the scumbags who refused to honor their "if you don't like it, don't pay" offer. Since we had already paid half up front, we felt no obligation to give them any more money. Then the escalation of harassment commenced. We pointed out that posted the two hour rate was less than we'd already paid, and the ad turned to walk away. They followed us for a while.

Great experience in Royal Hilton Pahalgam, the views are outstanding & hospitality is top notch. The Resturant staff is very good and serving all with a smile - YASIR (Johny), Ishfaq, Adil & Shahzad were really outstanding and took good care of our requirements. Housing keeping is also good and also the front office staff. Had a really good family time.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall fantastic experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was also top-notch, with a great variety of delicious options for every meal. The hotel’s views are simply breathtaking, especially from the garden area, which provides a peaceful escape with its beautiful surroundings. However, there were a few downsides. The coffee served at the hotel was disappointing—it lacked flavor and wasn’t quite up to par with what we expected. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected and causing some frustration during our stay. Despite these setbacks, the family-friendly atmosphere made the stay worth it. There was plenty of space for us to relax, and the kids had a great time exploring the garden. One improvement I would suggest is adding more indoor games and perhaps a smart TV in the rooms, as it would have been a nice touch during downtime. Overall, it was an amazing family vacation, and we would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for the incredible views and the welcoming atmosphere.
