The stay was quite comfortable with almost all kinds of facilities. The whole staff was overwhelming and respond to your each request as soon as possible for them. Pros : Good heating facility, ultimate location with spacious lawns at its back adjoining river bank that gives you immense pleasure, hot and cold water 24 ×7 , provides you medicinal facility as well at their best if required Cons : amenities are not much modern, bath accessories not upto the mark sometimes they refill the shampoo bottles which is really disappointing after you pay 12k per night which is overall overpriced as per the property. But in nutshell I enjoyed my stay there for 2 nights

Service at WoodStock was awesome! Everyone, from the reception to the kitchen to the housekeeping, went out of their way to adjust and provide excellent services to us a group of 8, especially at Ramadan when they were fasting themselves. Thank you WoodStock Team!

Excellent hotel.humble and co operative staff..too good food..location very good..it's in the mid of market..the complete market is accessible by walk...view from backside is awesome.you can access the river side from back gate.very peacefull property.room are decent.

Great location and kind staff but issues like heater not in your control and internal telephone not working is unacceptable after paying 13k per night without any meals included ! Pros: - located right on the market street with great views in the backyard and restaurants and shops right next to it. - staff tried to address our issues in the room when we reached out.They also arranged a cab for local sight seeing Cons: - the telephone in the room did not work consistently and the reception was a long walk across the building.This is a major turn off esp when you have other issues in the room like mentioned below - the central heater is not in our control.they turn it on and off for few hours in the evening and morning hours.we had to rely on the electric blanket and our clothing to keep warm. - the sink cap in the bath tub was not available until we asked them multiple times and they obliged to provide one. They talk about water scarcity but they had leaky taps both in the wash basin and the bath tub ! - lot of other small issues like only one pair of indoor slippers were given until asked, room was not ready even after check in time, booking confirmation itself was very slow despite confirming the booking one month ahead.

I just visited Pahalgam last week where we stayed in this property. Just right at centre this hotel provided everything that we were looking for in Pahalgam. This hotel is one of oldest in Pahalgam (since 1930s if I am not mistaken) and the hospitality was spot on .One can have access to river Lidder from the hotels lawn. The rooms were very specious (We were staying in the premium room) with ample space/ sitting area with central heating and heated blanket (two most important ammonites when you travel during peak winter in Pahalgam) and 24x7 hot water. The view from the window was spectacular. House Keeping service was splendid and every one was more than happy to help. In fact the kitchen staff waited till 11 am to serve us the breakfast. A special mention of Mr Ibrahim who is the head of Operation of the hotel. He really made us feel at home. I definitely recommend Woodstock in Pahalgam to everyone. I just hope serve keep improving. One suggestion : If central heating can be made for entire night that would be really great.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional although the wifi was a little unstable but all the goodness of this hotel surpasses it.

We stayed a night here, it was amazing. The staff is so good. The best hospitality ever. All our needs were taken care of and they made sure we were comfortable . The food was also very good. The location of hotel is perfect for tourists as it is on the main street and everything is right outside the hotel

The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in with the rudest General ***ager (Ibrahim) that I have ever seen! The rooms are extremely shabby and very different from what's shown online. We would have counted atleast 8 flies in the room. The cupboards were so dirty that you could not keep your clothes inside of them. Kettles seem to have never been cleaned. The only thing more filthy than the rooms was the language of the GM - Ibrahim.
