For the price you pay for a room. The AC was a smart AC and was not cold at not no matter what temp desire you input. Also, the AC is on motion so every time you left your room the AC turns low so when you come back it is hot. The bed was extremely FIRM so if you like a firm bed this is for you. There is no coffee down in the lobby no Breakfast area. When we arrived, we had 2 pods of coffee in our room and was unable to get anymore we had to walk outside to another area to get coffee which of course wasn't free but more 5.00 a cup. Everything is charged to your room and when we checked out the charges where outrages and we were unable to tell if it was even accurate not to mention you pay a additional 90.00 resort fee. The facilities where nice I would go again but not worth it to stay at this resort. Save your money stay somewhere else.

Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building.

Horrible crummy rooms. For $400
Our $400 was a disgrace. Old, squishy floors, sheets were poor quality maybe used, tiny, horrible heater in wall. Super 8 is nicer. Worse hotel in our 9 day trip. The springs were wonderful. We tried to eat at 8:00. No restaurants open. For shame. Will not stay there again

It was an amazing experience the room was nice and comfortable plenty of towels. The views. Zack, Daniel and Alex had amazing food especially for the price. I really have no words amazing stay.

Loved our time at the spring. The staff was amazing and we will definitely be planning a return trip in the future. Pagosa Colorado was definitely the best stop of our trip !!

Tarra, Devan, and Cannon made the trip out to Pagosa Hotsprings absolutely perfect. The sights are beautiful, the pools are so relaxing, the spa on-site is so friendly.
But best of all? Devan and Cannon went out of their way to make us girls feel welcome and special. I appreciate all of the hard work they put into just making sure that we had a good time at this resort. Thank you guys for making a birthday trip so much more enjoyable!! Devan did NOT have to go out of his way for us, but he did.
That shows you how attentive and kind the staff here is. You will NOT regret giving this resort a visit.
The on-site spa is TO DIE FOR. Jordyn, Christy, Jen, and Lisa are so friendly, skilled, and just made our wellness retreat 100x better. PLEASE visit the spa for a service, you are going to LOVE it.
We will DEFINITELY be back.
