I knew I wanted to stay at this property as soon as I saw it and it did not disappoint! You are treated like royalty and the hot springs pools are so easily available! We loved that they had an adult only section as we were not traveling with children and wanted a quieter atmosphere. I was impressed that the bar stayed open so late for those enjoying the hot springs at night!

We love the idea of the spas, and they were nice, but not cleaned very well. I paid over $500 for a room for one night that was not as nice as any of the hotel rooms that I stayed in coming from Ohio to Colorado. The most I paid for one of those was $114. I do realize that part of the charge is for the spas, But it's definitely time to update your all the rooms

For the price you pay for a room. The AC was a smart AC and was not cold at not no matter what temp desire you input. Also, the AC is on motion so every time you left your room the AC turns low so when you come back it is hot. The bed was extremely FIRM so if you like a firm bed this is for you. There is no coffee down in the lobby no Breakfast area. When we arrived, we had 2 pods of coffee in our room and was unable to get anymore we had to walk outside to another area to get coffee which of course wasn't free but more 5.00 a cup. Everything is charged to your room and when we checked out the charges where outrages and we were unable to tell if it was even accurate not to mention you pay a additional 90.00 resort fee. The facilities where nice I would go again but not worth it to stay at this resort. Save your money stay somewhere else.

Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building.
