bath is not clean..floor wall so wet.. warm food breakfast is not refilled. But Location is good, Near horseshoe bend. Almost so bad or not good except View and location and big size room.

The room and facilities are very old. I stayed for two nights and asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. If the breakfast was late, many things were gone. In short, it is a standard express hotel in a tourist town, and there is no choice.

A hotel with a great location, very close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bay and Lake Powell. The staff is very professional and patient. We just arrived here and couldn't figure out the time zone, and the staff patiently answered our questions. This hotel also has a breakfast restaurant with a great view, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while having breakfast.

During this period, I contacted Ctrip customer service for coordination, including trying to change rooms, or staying one night, canceling and finding another accommodation without asking for compensation. Ctrip customer service tried their best to communicate, but the hotel refused, saying that they only had this room and left early. Take the loss at your own risk! ! During the negotiation with the hotel front desk, I also saw many Korean groups checking in. They were rude and arrogant towards Asian customers. The room price of more than 1,000 per night was like a joke. By the way, Antelope Canyon is indeed a film-making attraction, but the small town of Page is extremely crude, rough and dusty, worse than many highway service areas in the country, and the staff of this hotel, which is supported by travelers from all over the world, are ungrateful heart!

The equipment is old, but the overall stay is comfortable. The view of Xiyang from the balcony is very beautiful!
