The front desk smiled and took the room card, but he actually said that the room fee could not be refunded because he had already explained and provided the room change service. . . Fortunately, Ctrip's service is very good, and they said that the room fee will be borne by them. Although Days Inn is generally poor in the United States, this is probably the worst I have ever seen.
