Room was clean, good breakfast started from 6.30 am. Hotel is closed to centrum of Page. Good location to Canyons. We will back there!

Most unpleasant staff ever seen. The lady at the checking was rude to all customers not only me. We complained because the pool was not open even though this was showing as open and she didn’t care and replied with very bad manners. There were workers at the pools going through renovation and they did not advise that anywhere.

環境：離Glen canyon dam三分鐘車程。周邊都是旅館。
服務：房間沒什麼服務，早餐收拾還算快。早餐就是美國酒店常見的品種，質量合格，不過不失。
設施：進門就是洗手枱，與馬桶浴缸分離。木地板，樓上聲音較吵。洗浴用品是大瓶的，用着一般。乾衣機1元每次，良心價。

check in 的時候碰到了很無語的事情，安排好的房間在正準備入住開門的時候看到從我們的房間裏走出來一個人，着實把我們驚呆了，再回到前台去反映情況，前台居然説是check in 的時候有個和我們名字很像的人沒看清楚拿了我們的酒店訂單就讓他人sign了，關鍵是這位assistant manager重點是名字叫Desiree！！！還很理直氣壯地説這是她辦理的，她説因為名字相似，辦理的人多，沒對清楚名字。她就很冠冕堂皇地敷衍地道個歉，這態度這語氣這表情很容易讓人聯繫到歧視問題！非常不爽！事後我們跟酒店客服電話投訴以等待酒店後續回複電話！我想説的是雖然這件事沒有對我們的卡使用造成影響，但是就這個Desiree 的態度讓我們對酒店的體驗感相當差！！

Page小鎮不大，地理上來説住哪其實都沒差。酒店環境很好，含早餐，選擇不多，但也夠了，價格合適，可以蠻選。
