Most unpleasant staff ever seen. The lady at the checking was rude to all customers not only me. We complained because the pool was not open even though this was showing as open and she didn’t care and replied with very bad manners. There were workers at the pools going through renovation and they did not advise that anywhere.

The sanitation is very poor, the room lighting is very dim, there is no mineral water, the mattress is dirty, I communicated with the hotel and they said they couldn't change it because it was under the bed sheet, and there was no spare, the experience was very average
