Being up on the mountain, this is the best Internet we are able to get at this moment. Cellphone service: within the coverage area for Verizon, AT&T, Sprint. T-Mobile has signal though the house Internet via 4G cell tower. Disclosure: The house is protected by Ring Security Cameras. Cameras are only outside the house, no cameras or audio devices inside. Cameras can be turned off upon check in. No smoking, no pets, no extra guests allowed without modifying the booking. Violating the pet and the smoking policy has a fine of $500.
