Sorry for the delay in writing this review but I cannot say enough about how fabulous Yvonne and her beautiful home are. The room was spotlessly clean, with a wonderful bed, cosy bedding, lovely and tasteful soft furnishings. Everything you need and so much more. The little treats/drinks that appeared each day were so thoughtful and most welcome. Stunning bathroom with huge shower, 2 person luxury bath and beautiful quality soft towels. There is a bus stop within a couple of mins walk or you can walk into Padstow in 15 mins. The bus on the other side takes you to other parts of the region. Yvonne is amazing and so friendly. We met people there that had been staying with her for years and we can see why. Yvonne has the incredible knack of making you feel like an old friend yet remaining professional at all times. Yvonne gives you 5 star treatment all the way and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful with fresh produce every day. What a great cook....those scrambled eggs....divine. If we ever find ourselves in Padstow again we would not consider looking anywhere else to stay.

Very cozy, nice and fresh room with a view on a small but pleasant garden and rooftops of the neighborhood. Clean, large and modern bathroom with all necessary accessories. Very pleasant host. Lovely breakfast. Excellent location next to the bus stop and walking distance to the town.

Absolutely fabulous Spotlessly clean Poldark room spacious, massive bed, lovely bedding/cushions/furnishings every you need and more. Bathroom unreal the bath is dreamy, massive and on top of that a big shower. Beautiful soft towels. Every detail has been considered nothing missed. Yvonne is amazing so friendly and so helpful it’s like being home from home nothing is too much trouble. Service given is over and above what we have experienced previously. The breakfast is absolutely great overall 5 ⭐️plus. Would definitely stay here again love it.

Ot was very clean and comfortable, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast, great location near bus stop and Tesco supermarket. A pleasant walk down and uphill to town for shopping, sightseeing and dinners. Our host was most helful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The B & B is located close to town. All amenities are near by. Off street parking is an asset. The owner/. Host was amazing & could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was well appointed , clean & very comfortable. The breakfast was personalised & a great start for a day of exploring Cornwall !! The host went to extraordinary lengths to make you feel welcome & enjoy your stay. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends.

Great location only a 15 minute walk to the harbour maybe 20 on the way back uphil , welcome was great really friendly host room was really nice and comfortable with good facilities bathroom was immaculate as was the whole B&B will definately visit again

A lovely B&B that we could not fault. Yvonne cannot do enough for you. We stayed in the room overlooking the garden which was a good size, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches in the room including a chocolate on the bed, shortbread, cheddars, Port and nuts fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee replenished every day. The breakfast is continental but lots of variety. We were offered cold meats, cereal, yogurt, crumpets, yoghurt and fresh fruit with toast and a selection of jams etc but really loved Yvonne’s home made strawberry jam. On Sunday we had the scrambled egg with salmon which was delicious. The B&B is situated close to Tesco and is a short walk to the harbour but just remember it’s a steep walk back up the hill. Overall we had a great weekend and have booked again for next year which to me says everything. Thank you Yvonne

Large comfy beds, fridge with fresh milk, quality biscuits and a great bath room with a large bath and separate shower, everything you need for a perfect stay. 10 minute walk down to Padstow with the bus across the road. Yvonne was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
