今次係我第二次入住呢間酒店。隔咗五年再次入住呢間酒店，酒店翻新咗。幾好。
酒店自助餐唔錯，食物都OK。員工服務態度都唔錯。負責酒店自助餐嗰兩位員工嘅服務態度特別好。
房間光線充足，舒服。
酒店位置近火車站，相當方便。

Not at all like in the pictures. I regret staying at this hotel more than I can put into words. I was given a loud, freezing, room near the kitchen. They double-charged me for the city tax directly from my card despite my payment. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and offered the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Stayed 3 nights. Overall OK. The best - private parking. To be aware - the hotel did not reserve me the room I requested although I booked directly with their web site. They managed to move me to the designated room only on the second night. Maybe better to call them as well...

The room did not match with the one visible on reservation confirmation from the hotel web. Receptionist said it is only a picture… The room and bathroom was cold. Air condition was noisy over night , no heating/radiators except for a noisy aircondition. Bad experience. Positives: Breakfest was top delicious and location near by centre.

Lovely spacious room with a balcony at an incredibly reasonable price. Helpful staff, good breakfast and spotlessly clean. Many good restaurants very close by which is nice if you’ve been walking all day and want something close. Easy walk to St Anthony’s cathedral and the university.

Very nice hotel. Friendly Staff. Conveniently located. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The coffee bar in the lobby was also a nice touch. The location was in walking distance to everywhere. The Bo Ho restaurant next door with it’s lovely garden and great food, I would recommend Hotel Giotto and will certainly stay on my next visit to Padua.

The hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good AC. I had asked for a quiet room, when I booked, months earlier. We were allocated room 301 which is on the ground floor. I assumed it would be quiet, given my request. Wrong! We were too close to reception. People conversing at the top of their voices until midnight. Then, in the morning, there was ongoing clattering from 06:45 from the breakfast room. I asked to change rooms for our second night. This was done immediately, without fuss. Silence all night. We only had the “colazione veloce” breakfast, coffee and croissant. The buffet is fine for a three-star hotel. Plenty of fresh fruit.

I stayed here three nights for work (single room first floor). I’ve never encountered bed bugs before so it took me a while to figure out what the terrible, itchy, welts appearing all over my arms, legs and face were. On the third night I was so itchy that I could not sleep and turned the lights to find about a dozen bed bugs crawling around in and around the bed. When I told the staff they shrugged it off. Stay away from this hotel!! Some other comments: the rooms are not quiet (as advertised) I could hear noise from the lobby late into the night, and woke up every morning with noise from the dining hall. Additionally, staff is a mess. Getting back late after dinner one night I discovered they had deactivated my key because they wanted to scan my passport again.... claiming that I had never checked in. I told them sure but they would have to let me in the room to get the passport 🙄 Worst hotel experience in my life!! I’ve never write online reviews. Just thought people should be warned to stay away from this hotel!
