Finally, a hotel inn Slovenia with air con that works, tea and coffee making in the rooms, and a comfortable bed! They serve a good breakfast, and excellent dinner. Downside - stairs to try and get your luggage up, and staff just watch you struggle. Shower door doesn't close and bathroom floor gets a good wash.

We stayed at Residence Gold istra for a couple of nights as part of our honeymoon to Slovenia. We loved it here! It is in a beautiful location at the top of a hill with amazing views out to the sea over vineyards and olive trees. There were no staff at the hotel at all at night - we had been sent instructions and detailed information about accessing our room from Enej which was absolutely fine with us. Although they had sent some recommendations of places to eat, we got a picnic and ate on the lovely terrace both evenings. As it was our honeymoon they had made up our room with rose petals and even gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco which was so kind! We had ordered breakfast at the hotel and this was fantastic - a huge spread of excellent food served with a smile by Annette! We would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Chambres rustiques en rez-de-jardin, très propres, dont l’unique charme repose sur un extérieur avec vue bucolique. En revanche, le restaurant, exceptionnel en matière de dégustation de truffes (et autres délices locales), mérite le détour. Excellent rapport qualité prix. L’accueil est très chaleureux.
