The room was a bit small, and there was no computer charging port. It was also close to the roadside. It kept running all night and the noise was too loud. Other swimming and sauna facilities in the hotel are also chargeable and not cheap.

The hotel is in a quiet hamlet near Asolo and Possagno, both a few minutes’ drive away. Our room was too small for three people, and a little too expensive. Breakfast was very good though. As regards the spa, it is subject to charge, which I tend to find a bit annoying when staying at the hotel, and it is again too pricey for the small - if clean and modern - installations (jacuzzi, a small sauna and funky showers). Service was courteous.

It was a relatively pleasant stay, the hotel was very clean and in nice condition. No mold or anything like that, just pure clean. Air was fresh. My ”economy” room was quite small but big enough for sleeping and hanging out a bit in the night. The only few things that upset me and made my stay quite annoying were: - Extremely hard bed. I travel a lot both for vacations and for work, and never had any trouble with a bed. However, this one was so hard I had a hard time falling a sleep. - Very hard and high pillow. Asked for a smaller one, but the one I got was pretty much the same size. Had to take my towel to use as a pillow. - Paper thin wall to the neighbor; could hear him word for word at 7am when he started to speak. Woke up to that (2h before my alarm) and couldn’t sleep. - The breakfast was sub-par, have never seen someone microwave bacon and scrambled eggs. Should be made to order, it’s possible even in small places.

English: We stayed one night via the smart box package with dinner and tasting. Hotel located in an excellent position, strategic for those like us who wanted to visit the area to discover the medieval villages, Bassano del Grappa, Asolo, Marostica, and last but not least the Cima Grappa military shrine, if we want to be picky, the location is central to the town, but there is no real movement and/or clubs. The hotel has a convenient and large private parking lot right in front of the entrance, once you enter you will be welcomed by wonderful, professional and helpful staff, the rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the comforts that a 4 star hotel can reserve, even more importantly, they are very clean. If all this is not enough for you, after spending the whole day walking through the villages, we "took refuge" in the "pampering" Spa, not very big, but certainly functional. The dinner was worthy of a classy restaurant, quality dishes with delicate but decisive flavors at the same time, all accompanied by a tasting of wines personally chosen by our sommelier who with professionalism worked especially for the pairing with the courses, as well as presenting them. Finally, if the dinner had satisfied our delicate palates, the breakfast we found the following morning was a beautiful surprise, rich and with quality products. What more can we say? If you haven't been there yet, go!

Only one night (for work) to be able to say everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, super breakfast, parking in front small but very available and huge 20 meters away. Dinner in the hotel good, so nothing to complain about. I really don't understand the negative reviews.

Ci siamo stati per due giorni in settimana con una smartbox regalataci . Accoglienza cortese gentile e professionale ottima organizzazione, stanza perfetta pulizia ordine accogliente per un ottimo relax . Abbiamo cenato al ristorante melograno ( interno all’hotel) complimenti allo chef piatti curati e raffinati grazie alle signore di sala che ci hanno guidato nell’abbinamento vini . Ringrazio vivamente tutti per la cordiale accoglienza ci ritorneremo sicuramente per un altra vacanza
