Overall good and we had the highest floor so it’s quiet and got the city view. breakfast has variety and tasteful. the front desk are helpful to assign me the best room and well informed about facilities . The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

reception service that originated so. marketing that does not emphasize guests. breakfast that is cared for a trained child. I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. Can't recommend this hotel enough. A truly delightful experience from check in to check out. The friendly staff were always smiling and making sure our experience here was of the highest standard, especially Alfano who appears to have been born to be a hotel manager. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the ocean, surrounding jungle and the sprawling city of Padang. The food was great in the restaurants and the basement bar and pool room was a great way to relax with cold beers and a game of billiards. Definitely coming back.

Prince City Hotel is very strategic located in the business center in the area of Padang cottage, I chose this hotel because access to my colleague office is close, food court is also close, and the hotel service is also quite satisfactory.

My stay at the zhm Premier Padang offered several standout features that set it apart from its competitors. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The hotel's unique selling point is undeniably its rooftop facilities. The rooftop restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience with a breathtaking view of Padang. This, coupled with the sky pool, offers an unparalleled experience that truly sets zhm Premier apart from other hotels in the city. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider designating the rooftop restaurant as a non-smoking area. Despite the air-conditioning, the presence of smoke can be a deterrent for non-smoking guests who wish to enjoy their meals in a smoke-free environment. Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. In summary, while there are areas for improvement, the unique offerings and quality service make zhm Premier Padang a worthy choice. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit, and I am confident that these changes will enhance the overall guest experience.

Location is close to the beach. Comfortable and clean good and friendly service

First time a hotel here. Strategic location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes as well. For comfortable, clean rooms, cold ac. Comfortable beds can rest peacefully. Clean toilet, hot water too. Only wifi is a bit loose at 11pm up.
