During our stay at HW Hotel we felt comfortable. Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea. Next trip, if you go to Padang on vacation again, you will definitely stay at HW Hotel again.

First time a hotel here. Strategic location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes as well. For comfortable, clean rooms, cold ac. Comfortable beds can rest peacefully. Clean toilet, hot water too. Only wifi is a bit loose at 11pm up.

Great location, near the beach, Good price for this hotel level as a budget/business hotel. Very clean compare same level class hotel. Rooms are not biq size, around 16 m2. Good staff. Good breakfast menu although the rooms price not expensive. I recommend this hotel for budget hotel.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. Overall good and we had the highest floor so it’s quiet and got the city view. breakfast has variety and tasteful. the front desk are helpful to assign me the best room and well informed about facilities . The room are clean as well as aircon works properly.. truly recommended hotel in the city

I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. I’ve been staying at this hotel quite often this year yet this is the first review I make, especially after I made a pleasant room upgrade as an Accor Plus member. Originally booked a deluxe room, for a night during a weekend since I had an event to attend, asked the staff if the upgrade was possible during check in and turned out, a business suite room was still available. Unlike the superior or deluxe rooms, The business suite room is so spacious even there’s 3 or 4 of you inside. Got the minibar and water dispenser for yourself. You might get the bathtub in suite room if you stay in other hotel, but not in this hotel (or maybe applies in Ibis chains), I think that’s only the minus. Perfect for family vacation, I suppose, with one queen bed and one couch inside the room, and a lot of pillows. I always booked the room without breakfast so I can’t comment about that one.
