I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not. I’ve been staying at this hotel quite often this year yet this is the first review I make, especially after I made a pleasant room upgrade as an Accor Plus member. Originally booked a deluxe room, for a night during a weekend since I had an event to attend, asked the staff if the upgrade was possible during check in and turned out, a business suite room was still available. Unlike the superior or deluxe rooms, The business suite room is so spacious even there’s 3 or 4 of you inside. Got the minibar and water dispenser for yourself. You might get the bathtub in suite room if you stay in other hotel, but not in this hotel (or maybe applies in Ibis chains), I think that’s only the minus. Perfect for family vacation, I suppose, with one queen bed and one couch inside the room, and a lot of pillows. I always booked the room without breakfast so I can’t comment about that one. The rest of the review will be explained through the pictures I’ve taken.

We were very well welcomed at the hotel. We were happy from cleaning the rooms to relaxing the beds.The water was full of eyelids with big gliders with a very large area.The animation fun that was held in the evening revived both our eyes and to spend time It was very well thought. During our stay at HW Hotel we felt comfortable. Fast check in process, clean room, food was delicious - delicious, there was a bakery shop which was delicious too, close to the city center, and the view from the pool was lovely because it was directly to the sea. Next trip, if you go to Padang on vacation again, you will definitely stay at HW Hotel again.

I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

Nice hotel in a quiet location, but still central. The room is spacious with a lot of depot area. I loved the many lights and lamps. The air conditioning is super quiet. The bathroom is spacious. Wifi worked super. The staff is friendly. I also used the laundry service, which has also super-slapened. Breakfast is enough. In the restaurant there are few vegetarian dishes or they were not available either. I ordered something at the grave in the second night.
