"Padang is a coastal city at the West Coast of Sumatera.
The Hotel is clean n consider almost the 1 of the tallest building in Padang. With a Great View from the Roof Top of the Hotel that can see the Whole Padang.
There is a small Pool for u to work out and dipping.
Other then that there isn't any gym.
Breakfast is normal not memorable.
The twin bed is small but comfy.
The Bathroom is like a capsule Abit small for me.
Hotel Staffs are friendly."

"My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang."

"We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary.
We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs."

RRizka. BI have booked the room for my friend who just got married. I asked the Trip.com team to check with them either they can provide any bed decoration for the couple. They have said they will do something, but it was nothing. Following up with the Trip.com but the hotel team didnt give any response. I even ready to pay for any extra. Or at least if they can't do anything with bed decoration at least a decor/folding towel also would be good. But it was nothing at all.

GGuest UserIt was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour.
Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

GGuest UserNice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.
