The location definitely in the central. Make us easy to explore the city. Known as an old hotel, but it was renovated and really looks like new hotel. The room is big and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice, have quite lot of variety. Recommended...!!!

First time a hotel here. Strategic location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes as well. For comfortable, clean rooms, cold ac. Comfortable beds can rest peacefully. Clean toilet, hot water too. Only wifi is a bit loose at 11pm up.

The room is comfortable. The room floor is comfortable to step on, not cold on the feet. The bathroom has hot water. There is a swimming pool on the 1st floor. Cool.. If you go to Padang, you will stay again at this hotel.

Regarding the accommodation, I found the rooms in the old wing to be on the smaller side. While they were well-maintained and clean, guests looking for spacious accommodation might find them a bit lacking. Another issue I encountered was related to sound isolation. The walls in the old wing rooms did not seem to be sufficiently soundproofed, resulting in noise from other guests being clearly audible. This can be somewhat disruptive, especially during the night or early morning hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the service provided by the staff was commendable. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. This, combined with the excellent rooftop facilities, makes the zhm Premier a strong contender among Padang hotels. I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

I asked about 13 rooms one floor for that management spending with full payment capacity. and I had already solved 4 days before . In practice I gave 3 floors. When I was asked, the answer was all that was left. And all the management throw each other's responsibility. imagine a child under 12 should be different floors with his parents. very not.
