This nicely remodeled and furnished home is located on the Long Beach Peninsula on the SW Washington State coastline. We are a short walk to the ocean on a paved path adjacent to the beach approach road. Enjoy long walks, or drives, on the ocean beaches. There are two lighthouses close by to explore and an 8 mile paved path that parallels the ocean for biking, walking or jogging. We also have a second, two bedroom adjacent property 738238. When combined together we can accommodate larger groups. NOTE: The beds are all double beds and the laundry facilities, may be shared with our adjacent rental. The laundry room is a separate building that guests have access to from both rentals.We are dog friendly and will allow 1 dog with approval under the following conditions; 1) there is a one time $60 pet fee, 2) dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture, 3) dogs are NOT to be left alone in the home unless crated and 4) owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs in the yard and are responsible for any damage done by their dogs. The house is in a perfect location- walking distance to the beach, easy access to the Discovery Trail (incredible bike trail), and several local restaurants nearby.
