Intercom didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. No soap and towels provided. No water bottles were kept. No wifi on the floor. Most horrible hotel experience of my life

The property is located at the centre of pachmarhi. All tourist spots are closely located. The rooms and washrooms though are very small as compared to views given photos. The food at guff restaurant on ground floor was good.

The rooms are not at all as per room rent. Service was very poor. We will not recommend anyone at this charges. Room quality is bad.

Worst experience very small rooms, no ventilation, no power backup, rude staff. When i called mm t they also hadn’t listen to me.

Water was dropping from ceiling, it was very poor experience. I never recommend any tourist to stay in this property, management was never responsive. There was not enough staff members, room cleanliness was poorly terrific. Please don't stay this property.
