I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities provided made the stay very convenient and relaxing. The food was another highlight of my visit. Every dish was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, the variety and quality of the meals exceeded my expectations. The dining staff was also very courteous and attentive. Overall, this hotel offers excellent hospitality, delicious food, and a peaceful environment. Special thanks to Mr. Varun for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. He truly made our stay even more memorable!

Travelling with a 7 month old baby can be a challenge in itself. This property and the staff made sure that we have a comfortable, cosy and happy stay!! The room size was big, the amenities were well stocked and the food was tasty. The lobby, pool and spa are also amazing and picturesque. The view from their roof top cafe is breathtaking..do not miss the sunset A must stay, especially for families. You will come back relaxed, refreshed and happy

From breathtaking sunsets to exciting jeep safaris and delightful forest picnics, Pachmarhi's beauty was truly captivating. Thank you for an amazing experience! Hotel Summer House provides comfortable stay and good hospitality. Quality & taste of food was excellent in morning breakfast buffet. The staff is consistently courteous, attentive, and prepared to assist guests, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Summer House Pachmarhi is fabulous in all respects. We were a large group for Holi and enjoyed the arrangements and the facilities. Sh Manohar, Singh and their team is very courteous and took good care of us and our various demands. The chief cook sunil prepared very tasty dishes and breakfast and dinner were very elaborate. The whole property and the pool were very clean and meticulous. Will love to stay here again

Overall I had a good experience. These are my personal experience based on the room I stayed in summer house Pachmarhi. Overall Ambience of the hotel: good Staff: staffs are very good, well behaved and cooperative. Some of the names are - Ms. Elizabeth, Mr. Shukla, Akhilesh patel, and Ohmkar. Special care taken by Ms. Elizabeth as I needed some help. Would like to thank them all for making our stay comfortable. Children's play area: good Bed and living area : good. Bathroom: very good, and neat and clean. Food : good Arrangement of tour and activities: promptly arranged. Wi fi connection: not same in all rooms. Swimming pool: small but clean. Improvement required: should add fridge, some improvement is required for the view from the balcony.

Our stay at Summerhouse Pachmarhi was comfortable and enjoyable, with the Summer Suite offering a relaxing space. The hotel is very kid-friendly, featuring a lush green lawn with multiple game options and a peaceful environment. A standout feature is the dedicated play area for kids, which is hard to find in other hotels in Pachmarhi. There are various indoor and outdoor games for both kids and adults, including table tennis, a pool table, O-X, Jenga, and more. However, some of the game equipment needs maintenance—for instance, a few pieces were broken, and the table tennis net wasn’t in the best condition. That said, we were still able to enjoy playing. Another highlight was the food quality, which was better than any restaurant we tried outside the hotel. The restaurant staff deserves special appreciation for serving meals customized to our preferences, ensuring that they were kid-friendly and well-prepared. A special mention to Bajrang, who went above and beyond to assist with smooth check-in and overall hospitality, making our travel and stay more comfortable and convenient. The waitstaff at the restaurant were also attentive and accommodating. A few points to consider: • The swimming pool is not temperature-controlled, so it’s best suited for summers. This is something to keep in mind if you’re planning a visit during cooler months. • The outdoor seating view for the Summer Suite wasn’t as great as expected. Other rooms might offer a better view. Overall, Summerhouse Pachmarhi is a great choice for families, especially those with kids, thanks to its play area and open space. With minor improvements in game equipment and pool facilities, it could be an unbeatable place but still its very good on our overall experience.

Great hotel with amazing food and excellent service.. Perfect location and very friendly staff with exceptional warm hospitality made our stay wonderful.. Plus, it's close to some amazing sights like Jatashankar and Pandav Caves, Rajendragiri - perfect for exploring..

Some say the staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent. One reviewer mentions the hospitality the manager (varun singh gour ) it's very nice person and he visit to Narsinghpur he recommend this hotal .me yaha fir se aayunga ❤️
