This is a nice hotel for healing. Very tranquil and beautiful location. I came here to experience the onsen and it was not dissapointing. The onsen started at 8pm, and while I was enjoying it I could see the night light. The cottage itself was very clean, there are no bugs, and complete amenities.

Good place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant.
Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes.
Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan.
For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

Good to experience japanese ryokan. Onsen a bit small .. sofa should chane to more confortable and tv no need inside the cupboard

Dari hari senin jam 7 malam, bunyi musik dangdut. Semakin malam semakin kencang. Saking kencang sampai ruangan semua bergetar. Sempat complain ke hotel, infonya mmg mau ada karnaval. Musik yg kencang bahkan bergetar dlm ruangan, berhenti sktr jam 12 malam.
Besok paginya kejadian sama terulang bahkan lebih parah dr semalam suaranya. Getarnya sampai ke kamar bagian belakang. Karna terlalu pusing kurang dr jam 12 sudah checkout. Tapi di luar macet sekali karna karnaval meski sdh dibantu oleh staff hotel. Hasilnya sama saja terjebak di dpn hotel sktr 30 menit.
Kalau mmg mau ada acara gni dan sudah tau bakal ada 1 tahun sekali, kenapa masih jual kamar? Kalian tahu tidak kita sekeluarga berlibur utk mencari ketenangan, bkn kebisingan sampai mau istirahat saja tdk bisa.
Apalagi setelah saya cek kmrn saya beli 2jt per malam, saya cek harga di minggu dpn dg hari yg sama cma 1,7juta per malam. Sungguh ga masuk akal manajemen hotel ini.
Komplain sdh kami ajukan tpi tdk ada satupun permintaan maaf. Seakan acara karnaval setahun sekali ini adalah acara yg biasa dan tdk ganggu customer.
Ini kalau saya bs kirim video dan rekaman suara udah saya kirim, betapa tdk nyamannya tdk di hotel ini, semalaman tdk bs istirahat, plg dr sini bkn healing malah kepala pusing kena musik2 dan getarannya.

日式溫泉酒店係哩區算幾特別，對外國旅客黎講性價比超高，不錯的體驗，但酒店只有一間日式料理味道一般，房間温泉只會在每晚20:00-22:00自動開啓其它時間是沒有，外面的溫泉只會在假期開啓，這點如果可以改進下應該會更吸引旅客
